A.I was having real trouble trying to find a specific lawn mower. When I called The Honda Shop Hamilton I spoke to Wynand who was very helpful. I now have the lawn mower which is working great.
C.Been taking ALL my bikes here for all service, rebuild,and tuning work, for serveral years.Best service for money in Hamilton imho. Mechanics are brilliant with 90s tech as well.

The workshop staff are usually busy, but always acknowledge me as soon as I come in, and provide good time estimates for the work they do. I've switched from Boyd to Honda for servicing based on their customer service and better management
D.I do recommend to buy a motorcycle from Hamilton Honda. I am an actually Aucklander and bought below model 2016 CBR with promotion price only 5k as brend new which never can find like this promotion in Auckland. Unluckily I had a small problem on my bike at night time and raining day on highway, but the director Peter was willing to help me at the rainy night and changed to another new bike without any hesitation, even he delivered the bike to my home. I would like to share his very responsible and clear customer service. Thank you again Hamilton Honda.

W.The service in the service dept has improved considerably from my initial experience with this store a few years ago that was a fail back then. In this week after having my wife's bike sorted with a factory recall they also fitted some new tyres to my bike. Their pricing was very competitive and the service was friendly and on point. Based on the service I received I would feel comfortable recommending this store. I would also use them for my Honda related work in the future.

N.I bought a beautiful Honda NC 750X from these guys this weekend. Dealt with Andy throughout the whole procedure . Andy is a great Salesman and invokes confidence in the purchaser. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this dealership as they back their vehicles 100% , are a pleasure to deal with and arent "pushy" as we have found with previous experience.

F.Fantastic service, excellent mechanics, friendly and helpful staff. Service was never bad but has improved from 1-2 years ago when I last started going.
I recently had a problem that was quite difficult to fix and stressful on the mechanics and myself. But thanks to the communication of the service department and the skilled mechanic Adam, my bike runs excellent and I have nothing but praise for the team at HH.
I cannot recommend these guys more to you if you need work done on your Motorcycle. Honda Hamilton FTW! 👍👍
