Thank you, Marwaan, for your fantastic, friendly and professional service! This is the second car we have purchased through Marwaan. As soon as we walked onto the car lot, Marwaan came over to greet us and remembered both our names and the car we previously bought, even though it's been about three years since we last spoke. Nothing was too much bother and there was no pressure or hard-sell. Marwaan was very welcoming and went above and beyond for us, even coming in on his day off to hand-over our new car to us. We have met many car salespersons recently while browsing and Marwaan's customer service was the best by a mile. Routine 120k service. We were made aware of the possible cost depending upon what needed doing (and it came to only 70% of top dollar; nice surprise!). Service desk lady very good and informative. Previous routine service in a different city was as good but went better by vacuuming interior and ( I think, blacking the tyres).
