L.Have Dealt with Nate and the team @ Ndubs for a couple of years now and very happy with the service I receive from him. The communication is good, Product is outstanding and overall a very satisfied customer. Always goes the extra mile to help out and understands tight deadlines. Couldn't recommend any one better for mx graphics or signage work.
K.in response, sorry i was a little annoyed at the time as graphics did take about 5 months to make after full payment was received and get here ( 1 week ) on courier once left your shop to Australia graphics are a great high quality finish and stick very well in comparison to other shops ive used you make a far superior product it is easy to for you to come up with new designs first time around.
unfortunately that the only down fall i do have in this situation was the time it took to get everything done amd how it was resolved. i would have preferred if you were honest at the start and said that something could not have been done due to no template instead on taking on the work and later having to refund the money for somebody else mistake. i do believe a little extra communication will go along way with any up coming delays.
