S.Was in Invercargill racing a daytona 675 for the weekend and starting having some problems with it - called these guys as they are the Triumph dealer, (4:30 Friday) and asked if they could put in on their machine to see the fault codes, the chap i spoke to was extremely helpful and said he would hang around till i got there to help as he didnt want someone to have travelled and not be able to race - plugged it in and cleared up the problem straight away. very helpful and great that he hung around on a Friday for me. 5***** service thanks heaps.
C.Coming from Auckland, it was a big difference in places available for motorcycle gear, road/track. But motosouth came through, luckily had the helmet we needed in the exact size we needed. Very nice place, awesome customer service from the South African guy. Very limited stock due to covid.
J.These guys are awesome. The whole team are great. They are all very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of the Jet Ski’s we purchased. Went through all the maintained stuff and was able to supply everything we need to get into this great sport. If you are looking to purchase a new jet ski/motorbike or just need to maintain the toys you already have, these are the guys to talk to.
Give them a go. You won’t regret it.
J.Despite being really busy when I arrived they were flexible and friendly and I wasn't rushed, still given plenty of time, options, and information.
M.Just bought a new Triumph from MotoSouth. Very pleased with the service and subsequent follow up. I dealt mainly with Alis who I found very helpful, co-operative and friendly. I will be more than happy to continue as a customer of this store.
P.I was coming to the Bert Munro Challenge 2018 and knew that I was going to need a new rear tyre for the trip home so got that ordered & booked in for Wednesday before heading south.
Went for a day trip to Milford Sound on Waitangi Day and oil seal on front fork started to leak.
They got part in from Auckland Friday and rode out In the afternoon in time to watch the beach racing.
The team was very busy with all the bikes in town but where very happy to help out everybody.
L.We bought a brand new green Triumph Thruxton from MotoSouth in March 2017 (on Paddy's Day in fact) and the whole deal and arrangements and after-sales care were absolutely excellent. Alis Tressler is the best motorcycle salesperson we have ever met in NZ (and we've bought quite a number of motorcycles here since 2004) and she was really helpful, lots of fun and great to talk to and deal with. She has motorcycling in the blood and is just a fantastic person who really knows motorcycling and motorcyclists inside and out. Massively positive experience - can't recommend them enough! Thanks from Pat and Liz.
T.Recently bought a Seadoo GTI90 from Moto South.
I have been on boats of all sorts most of my life but had never tried a jetski.
What I discovered was the most fun machine I have ever been on and I look forward to learning just how capable it is.
