Fantastic all round experience. After moving to New Zealand for work, I had to purchase a car. I went to all the local dealerships and quite frankly was underwhelmed by the lack interest, arrogance and rudeness of some of the showroom assistants and finance managers. However, Armstrong Suburu was a totally different experience. Nothing was too much trouble (and I'm not an easy person to please). We purchased a great 2017 Impreza. I'd like to give special mention to Baxter Murray-Hamilton and Clare Bowyer who made the whole process transparent and efficient. Thank you.

They tell you when your service and warrant is due, you can book on line from their reminder email and order a curtesy car. Always wash the car inside and out after servicing. Know their products and services including those on the front desk. Nice people as well.

Had a great experience with Sid @ Armstrong's. Sid was helpful with our initial test drive experience, and when this wasn't what we were ultimately after, he listened and was proactive with sourcing us a vehicle more suited to what we were after. Average selection of vehicles. Sales staff wouldn't do a good deal even though you are supposed to be EV and Hybrid specialists. Went to Autoworld instead and got a great deal.

I went for an Air bag replacement. Everyone was friendly, the car was done when promised and they washed it. Given how filthy it was that was huge! I wish you were in the cbd instead of the hutt.
