Although this a late review but better late than never as they say. Was planning to buy a hatch back been to most of the car selling places in Welly. However, no one could match the information on cars and professionalism that Myles had to offer along with Quality cars. Bought a Fiat Punto from here and has been more than 3months and am one happy customer. I would suggest you to visit if you plan to buy a car.

Myles was a genuine, honest and knowledgeable person. I am more than happy with his approach and the car was beautifully presented. Fantastic boutique type car dealership. Keep up the great work Myles.

Perfect customer service. From the day I ordered a GR Yaris ex Japan via Myles, he communicated clearly it's ETA - he then contacted me on that day to tell me it'd landed, and when he received it he emailed me photos and clear concise information about when compliance would be finished & when I could collect it - all exactly on the days he said he would...it is exactly as I'd hoped & expected.. I recommend Myles. Perfect, clear honest communication & timelines stuck to are not that common these days. Congratulations Myles.

When the time came to update our Mini we tried all the large dealerships and found them to be very ineffective. We saw a mini on Myles' yard and fell in love.We got a fair trade in for our old Mini and Myles went to great lengths to ensure our new purchase was nothing short of faultless.I would highly recommend Myles as a guy with integrity.

From the first contact, (when Myles unexpectedly replied immediately at 8.30pm on a Saturday night), to the follow up, (when I had questions about how some features worked), the service has been impeccable and the communication fantastic and very speedy. I was nervous buying from the South Island without seeing the vehicle, but on delivery I have found the car is exactly as advertised - in fantastic condition as promised and groomed to within an inch of its life .... just gorgeous. Myles is a very nice man, not only he sells very good cars but also provides fantastic service, and he helps you to complete everything, so you don't need to worry about anything, all you need to do is pay and drive away, it was a perfect deal!

I have never before thought of buying a vehicle online without physically seeing it or test driving it however, it all worked out! I must admit the day before delivery I got a bit concerned..what if I got scammed?? But Myles were amazing throughout the whole transaction and answered all my questions and kept me updated at all times. This experience was not just Buying a car from Myles, but an Event. He went above & beyond making our purchase of the car one to go down in the memory books. Flying from Auckland to Wellington to collect the car he picked us up from the Airport at night, drove us to our accommodation & picked us up in the morning to complete to deal. After reading all the 5* reviews of others along with the excellent communication with Myles we were so confident of his business etiquette we didn't even take the car for a test drive prior to the sale. The car is absolutely amazing, totally Love It & it has far reached our expectations. For any future purchasing of a vehicle we would go straight back to Myles & do it all again without hesitation. I am from Christchurch and bought my 2012 WRX STI from Myles during and after lockdown. It was very risky for me as I never bought a car from another city without looking or test driving it. Myles provided all information I requested and even drop off the car at Subaru Specialist for pre-purchase mechanical inspection at my own cost. I did my due diligent to make sure getting the great car in very good condition. From start to the end, Myles went above and beyond. The transport company he referred to me is pretty good with reasonable price. Car seats and floor mats were protected for delivery as well. Before the payment, Myles told me that the car comes with 2 proximity key fobs. When I received the car, there is only one key fob. First he tried to find or get it from Japan but it seems no luck. He kept his word and finally arrange for me to get the second genuine key fob at Subaru Specialist from Christchurch at his own cost. I am very thankful and glad to receive it. Actually I looked at Google review of others before buying from Myles. I am sure my review will be very helpful for other buyers as well as helping Myles to promote his business and success. I won't hesitate to recommend my friends and others to buy from Myles and definitely looking forward to buy another car from Myles in the future.

Myles is a genuine guy, He will go the extra myle (mile) to ensure your vehicle matches your expectations. Myles offers great communication both before and after sale, he offers the top prices for trade in vehicles, fantastic post sale services i.e. fitting a reversing camera and all around great service minus the lengthy sales pitch. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Cooper Auto, and the customer service provided well exceeded what I expected. Myles was excellent to deal with, I received a lot of extra benefits with a car that was simply awesome - even down to an AUX cable to connect my phone to the stereo!
