I'm a bit disappointed. Dropped my motorhome off early this morning for a check up of the previous issue that came back up again about the break pads warning light. We were told that they will let us know what is going on during the day, but we heard nothing and my wife had to call them twice in the afternoon but no one can give us the status of the vehicle. Before the closing time we received a call if we want to collect it or leave until tomorrow because they are still working on it and waiting for a confirmation of what they suspected a faulty control module. It appears that the issue hasn’t been resolved yet and asked if we are ok to leave the motorhome there, fair enough, I was happy to. What’s the point of getting it unfixed yet. We are hoping we can collect the motorhome with no more issue because we have a long holiday in the South Island in the couple of days. Updated 21/02/2022: The Gazley staff have done an extra mile to resolve the issue. The Motorhome had stayed in their garage for 4.5days with cost charged to warranty. We are pleased that today we collected her, hoping all things go well!

Incredible service today from Brandon and Heather, really went the extra mile - they even helped me solve some other problems I was getting ready to tackle!

Good service and look after our Fiat Motorhome as expected. Brother had a Mercedes that engine required replacing just out of warranty and they replaced the engine free of charge. Always friendly to deal with.

I bought a $36k car using a trade in vehicle and paying cash for the difference. They were "ok" but you won't get any bargains from my experience. They were helpful up to the stage of the transaction. Shortly after they we did the financial part they came back saying I also needed to cover the cost of a new warrant which included 2 tyres (but they had assessed the value of my trade in vehicle on the warrant being due in 1 month and knew it needed 2 tyres). They eventually apologized. I wouldn't (and haven't) use them again but of course others might have a different experience.

We received fantastic service from Hayden at the Lower Hutt branch. He was honest, straightforward and definitely works to do the best he can for his customers. He certainly went the extra mile for us. If you want a great deal and excellent service and support (even post sale) Hayden is definitely the person I would recommend.

Just purchased a Skoda Fabia from Gazleys and had to make mention of Craig and Shaun who were the utmost professionals to deal with. The process was simple and I now am the proud owner of a sassy new car. These guys are part of a great team who are customer focused and personable. Everything asked was answered and the comms was great when I was awaiting delivery. Thanks team!

I have never really enjoyed buying cars. Over the years I have purchased many used and a number of new cars from dealers and often found that after driving out of the showrooms I am forgotten. Gazleys is different - my wife and I recently traded two of our cars for two nearly new vehicles from Gazleys. Neither party saw any of the vehicles, we relied on each other’s honesty and integrity. Trade in prices and delivery details were agreed and everything went smoothly. Since driving one of our new cars I have found that the spare wheel is not as I expected and advised Sid at Gazleys. Sid replaced the old wheel with a brand new one without hesitation; I believe this is the level of service which separates Gazleys from most motor vehicle dealers.

They treat you special when you're choosing a car, but after you bought it, the after sales service is average

Sales appears more focused on commercial based on experience of trying to buy a new golf, ended up buying it from Wellington but even they were terrible at communicating.
