T.Awesome service from Kieran and the team at Motomart. I just got a new bike and wanted crash bars and fall protectors for the bike. Thanks to Covid stocks are limited but the lads at MotoMart came up with solutions rather than problems. Got the first delivery yesterday and the balance of the equipment is being shipped from Touratech. Thanks Kieran & Motomart.

M.I recently purchased a 2021 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited from Motomart and despite living in Auckland, they could not have been easier to deal with. Kent was fantastic, knowledgable and helpful throughout the sales process. He was responsive to emails and phone calls and even arranged to have the bike shipped up to me in Auckland as I was unable to pick it up due to the Covid lockdown preventing travel. I would have no problem recommending Kent and the team at Motomart if you are in the market for a Harley, regardless of where you are located in New Zealand.
R.Long review. Motomart is no longer my first choice when it comes to bikes and accessories. Not a bad dealership, I have no doubt that if you walk in, determined to buy a bike that day, they will sell you one and be friendly. In the past I had some very good experiences, when I bought a new bike from them about 6 years ago the dealership manager was extremely helpful, and the staff helped me pick out my new gear and helmet etc... but in recent years I've been left feeling a bit frustrated. Some examples:
- On the few occasions I shop for new gear on weekends, staff were only at the counter chatting to customers about bikes while I had to select my own gear ( jacket, gloves, helmet, padding), then wait at the counter for them to finish chatting, counter staff on weekends always seem slow to deal with customers, after which the counter staff tried starting conversation about what bike I owned etc.. sure that might seem friendly, but helpful and friendly aren't always the same thing.
- looking at a new bike, the sales reps were sitting at their desks, on both occasions when I was curious about a new bike, neither really seemed enthusiastic enough to get out of their chair (hence I bought from another dealership) maybe it's because I wasn't a learner or interested in Harleys or Ducatis? When selecting a new bike it's an anxious & uncertain time and a dealer that's enthusiastic about my (dull commuter bike) preferences would be nice. You may sell a bike every day, but customers only buy a bike once every couple of years or so.
- Been in once more in the last 12 months during a week day and no one approached to offer assistance even after sitting on a couple of bikes that I had some interest in.
In contrast, other shops seem vibrant, with floor staff helping people select gear, greet me with a friendly hello and an offer of a coffee (not that I wanted one, but it's nice to be asked at least).
P.Great motorbike shop, agents for BMW, Harley Davidson, and Ducati, plus a raft of pre loved machines to drool over as well. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff that do justice to the stock they hold.
S.Just purchased a motorbike from them in January and got the bike shipped to Auckland for a great price and arrived the next day of purchase.
I only got one key with the bike, but when I asked them to order the RED Yamaha master key, which would've costed me lot of money but the sales team tried to contact the previous owner and got the key and straight away posted to me.

R.Incredibly efficient service in comparison to other wellington based parts suppliers i've used. Less than 24 hours of ordering slightly specialized tyres which were then sent from Auckland and fitted to my wheels for a very fair price. The shop itself is like a gallery and an experience.

S.7 years ago when I first wrote my review, I whaled against the parts guys for not being very good, not acknowledging waiting customers and arguing with them on minor points to boot.
I have had to use them more often over the last couple of years for parts and service and I have to say things have greatly improved. Quick to help and advise on products, and great service over the phone.

M.Just bought a new Ducati 1299 Panigale S from the boys at Motomart and have to say that the way I was looked after was exceptional. Got a great deal on the package too, so I'm all happy there as well.
I also bought gear and accessories as well as insurance cover and from the workshop, parts department, retail team, to the sales team, everyone was fantastic with nothing at all being a problem.
Prior to this bike (and in the last six years) I've bought 3 new Ducati's - 1098 S, 1198 R Corse and a 1199 Panigale S (and had them serviced) through other dealers and wouldn't go back there for numerous reasons. So pleased I went to Motomart, where my bike will be serviced in the future and I'll be buying my next bike from them too.
Since John Goss has taken over the business, Motomart has transformed into a professional, well run business, with the crew all working as a team providing outstanding service.
Very, very seldom will I ever give out 5 stars, but this is a 5 star business for sure...
Oh, and the bike is the coolest thing on the planet!!
