Amazing service here! We love coming here, everyone is so friendly and SUPER helpful. After going to another bike store in the Hutt and having a less then ideal experience twice, then coming to TSS, it was night and day customer service. The guys downstairs are so friendly and helpful and the team upstairs are amazing and have really good advice on gear. If you are looking for Motorbike gear this is the place to go, these guys have a pretty good range of the top safety gear and are often roaming about asking if you need help. When you do ask they actually know what they are talking about as well and go out of their way to help you. Thanks TSS!

Excellent service at TSS. I purchased a used motorcycle back in April 21. The bike was a 2017 model, well used and equally well maintained (had done about 110K Km and I have added another 10K commuting). The ignition was a bit niggly to lock/ unlock but mastered the art of working with it. Unfortunately progressed to the point the ignition was on but the indicators would only work if you put pressure slightly anti-clock wise, which was a fine line between the indicators going and killing the engine. Took it to TSS to have a look and quote for parts or a whole new ignition. After they had a thorough look asked to keep the job open and get back to me. I expected to pay a decent amount of money for a new ignition barrel given the Kms done and the fact I have owned the bike for about 9 months now, however the sales team said they would covered cost, and set me up with a loan bike. I thought it would be entirely reasonable for me to cover the cost! They provide excellent service above and beyond for their customers. I have always had brilliant service and will certainly be seeing them for a new bike in the future!

Bought a beauty of a bike here for my husband. Drove all the way from Hamilton to Wellington to pick up his new love and was not disappointed. The place to go for all motorcycle needs whether its gear, servicing your bike or buying a new one. However unfortunately for me, it was really busy which made it difficult to look and shop for new gear. I found parking isnt the most convenient if you show up in a vehicle.

Well it was a shock going to wellington motorcycles 🏍and finding just that they had closed down and moved to TSS the old Red Baron Well I and my other half went there today and thank God that Mike Strand was there such a legend who has given 35 years of his life and experience, to see him there was the icing on the cake 🎂. A Very beautiful soul who does over 100% for everyone. Best choice of anything to have him there at your fabulous new place. Well done, will keep on shopping 🛍on.

Go to store for parts and accessories. Huge range of Helmets Jackets Pants and Gloves. Unlikely to leave the store without finding what you were looking for. That's just upstairs, used the service centre for last two warrants. No complaints save for my penny pinching miserly nature.

Best bike shop in Wellington for products and service hands down. I've used the other larger ones and have had okay experiences and then TERRIBLE experiences. They have a really good selection of gear and will get in gear that is missing. The staff are all keen riders and happy to pass on (honest) advice. Workshop prices are average or on the higher side and I am not so sure my dash unit was not damaged during a service... but as I cannot be certain I have to ignore and give 5/5.

I've purchased all of my gear here from coms to tank bags, to wof and service of my motorcycle. The after service is excellent, Jay and the team have a real great establishment and the product selection is probably the best in Wellington, hence I keep going back. On another note, I purchased a GP Plus R jacket which I've had repaired a couple of times. Recently, I had some stitching repairs (out of warranty) needed done and Jay was all to happy to help me out. Again, excellent service!! A+++

Genuine and honest customer service. I've been going to TSS Red Baron since I first started riding back in 2015. They provide excellent advice, service, and will try to give you the best price they can offer. For a couple of cases when my gear broke, they promptly fixed it with no hassle. Recently I came in for cleaning advice and Mike from parts offered to help me. He tried out products on my bike to see if any works for my scenario. Although I didn't buy the product since the test failed, he was happy to help and I genuinely appreciated his effort. I highly recommend TSS Red Baron

TSS are the team to take your bike to. I've used TSS for 2 suzuki's and they've never let me down. They're professional, timely, they have great communication and will give you options on repairs. I've never had an issue with their service or work. TSS also sell new and used bikes (I haven't purchased one from here) NSA a great parts and clothes shop (which is also great). Open Saturdays and they'll pick up your bike if you need to. Love them and recommend to anybody.

It’s not very often I would comment or review a service, however I’ve been riding bikes and been involved in the bike industry and going to bike shops since I was 11 and that was only 40 years ago I would just like to recommend TSS Red Baron as one of the best bike shops on the planet. I have now bought 2 bikes from TSS and I couldn’t thank Jimmy & Warren from sales enough for their outstanding service, not to forget the guys in the work shop Jeremy, Daniel & Dave etc for good advice, service, and not to forget Andrew & Jay etc in parts department for the same great service advice and price, just like to say thanks and if I have forgotten to mentioned any other staff thanks to you guys too.

Brought my first bike from these guys, and it was an awesome experience. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. Didn't try to upsell or cross sell which was great. Returned my pants as the zipper was a bit dud and the instantly replaced it. Definitely recommend.

I have been to TSS Red Baron Wellington on multiple occasions to buy a number of things including clothing and boots, helmets, tyres (really happy with the speed and price for fitting a TKC80) and bike parts. An excellent selection and the whole team have been great every time, really helpful, whether it was in the workshop, in the motorcycle showroom or in the accessories shop. I had a problem with a helmet I brought (not their fault at all) and Andrew was really helpful to resolve the issue and was really satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend to others

The bike shop open the latest on Saturdays and the only one open Sundays (parts and accessories only). I have had only great service from them and they always get back to me promptly if unable to take my call. I wish they were in central Wellington, but that's for my own selfish reasons only. Very accommodating with test rides when I was looking for a new bike.

I shop regularly at Red Barron. They have the biggest range of accesories and riding gear in the Wellington region by a big margin and if you ride offroad like I do then they are definately number 1. The service is excellent and when I order parts they are arrive in 1 to 2 days.

The parts service it's very good if you buy parts for the bike brands they sell, otherwise not that good. I won't recommend the workshop, took my motorcycle twice, first time the battery was not charging since ground nut was lose, second time I've picked up the bike from the workshop it didn't have front brake fluid pressure. I learnt my lessons.

I was in a jam with a snapped clutch cable the day before a big ride. Stewart came to my house to pick me and my bike up free of charge and the lads made me a new inner and I was out by lunch time. Absolutely top guys, highly recommend them.

Simply the best dealer I have EVER come across! I have bought in excess of 60 bikes over the past 40 years, about half from dealers (in the UK) - including Ducati Glasgow, which has won best dealership in Scotland on several occasions (2nd in GB) - and yes they were exceptional and it was well deserved. Red Baron have just topped them though, and by a considerable margin. Having just bought a recent 1000cc 2012 sports bike, they provided a level of customer service, I have never come across before - talk about going the extra mile, these guys went an extra 100 - without being asked and with a level of professionalism seldom seen ......and all with a smile. Thank you and keep your cracking standards up.
