G.Easy to deal with friendly no pressure love my car.
B.We purchased a car from Value Motors about 5 weeks ago. At the time we were extremely happy with the the salesman (James) who approached us. Nothing was a problem. A very good trade in was offered for our car. Earlier we had visited Great Wall Motors in Happy Valley - the guy there was the complete opposite (to their loss).
About 3 weeks later we discovered a leak and took it to our local mechanic who found a radiator leak. It needed to be replaced. Luckily we purchased mechanical cover!
Contacted Value Motors and Bear was quick to agree to cover any costs not covered by the insurance and as we are on the Kapiti Coast, he was happy for our mechanic to do the work.
We can only praise Value Motors so far! We will certainly buy from them again and happy to recommend to others.

T.I was looking for a car last weekend and my first stop was Value Motors. Even though it was a rainy Saturday, the salesman looked after me. He was professional and worked hard to find a car I would like. I took a car for a test drive and he said I could go anywhere, for as long as I liked.
My next stop on my car buying journey was the complete opposite experience with a bunch of cowboys. I think because I'd had such a great experience with Value Motors, it was blatantly obvious that this place was definitely not the kind of place you buy a reliable car. It felt wrong, I felt uncomfortable and left rather quickly.
I did end up buying a car, not from Value but I wanted to pass on my compliments to them anyway. When I'm next looking for a car, it will be on my list of places to look.
The reason I didn't buy a car through Value was not because their cars are not great (they are high quality) it was just that I happened to find something a bit different elsewhere. If I hadn't found something elsewhere, I definitely would have gone back to Value and bought the car I test drove there.

T.Always been an awesome yard with a wide selection of vehicles. Awesome team of people, dealt with Scott, he made trading and purchasing easier and hassle free. We were looking for particular vehicles and what stock they had in those vehicles they let us test for as long as needed. 5 star rating for these guys. Go see the team, definitely worth it if your looking for a new toy.
C.Just brought a Volvo S60 love the car, and Gabriel Smith is great at what he does, not pushy and annoying just gets you what you want and then negotiates in a fair deal looking at ongoing lasting relationships. it must work as this is the 5th car I've brought off him , and find he goes the extra mile.
