I purchased a set of saddle bags for my Spyder, on arrival, the hardware bag in the mounting kit box had split open spreading the "nuts and bolts" through the box, and inevitably 2 lost washers. I called the store and spoke with Jade from their parts department, without hesitation he asked for the details of the missing parts, went out to a hardware store, and purchased replacements to send. With a background in retail, i value service highly and Jade provided nothing but the best i could ever ask for in a frustrating situation.

Just got a service done for my Sea-Doo , easy to talk to over the phone, they have me a heads up for any extras they could pop up but none were needed. Easy drop off and pick up. No hassle at all. Good guys to deal with

Had a mishap with cover, wanted one pretty sharpish !!! When I emailed to say, could you get it away ASAP, which was within 5-10 mins, u got a response “it’s at the door waiting for courier” now that’s what I call service, this was a Trademe purchase out of interest. I brought a used jetski from asd several years ago, took it in for a service and it had bit of a problem with motor, they ended up doing a full rebuild at no cost to myself. Cant fault them and very pleasant to deal with. I have bought a dirt bike off them with no problems and most likely will be getting something else off them in near future

Thanks ASD for providing fantastic service. I took my ski here because Sea Doo has awarded them with Platinum status (the best of the best). Because of this, they run a busy shop so I was prepared to wait, yet I still got my ski back within the week, in time for some weekend fun.
