Very good sale transaction but after sale service was not good. The owner promised me he will give a spare key to the car wich we brought from Auto Direct Cars but never happened. Very disappointing

The Guys At Auto Direct Cars are so flexible, its amazing. I bought two cars from them while being overseas in Australia. Due to the Corona pandemic i was unable to go to New Zealand and pick them up. They returned the full amount back to me and were quick to always reply to my emails. Bought a Toyota prius from there couple of months ago. After few weeks there was abit of problem with the engine so I wanted to return the car but they said they would fix the problem, which they did and I was thankful for that. But actually with the experience I had with the car that day was not good and it just put me off. But since they fixed it, I could not return which I think was not right. I think in future I might not want to deal with them because of the experienc. So far the car is going good but Iam only using for work and hopefully it stays that way.

It is really amazing place to buy any sort of cars recently bought me a Nissan xtrail which is awesome and they delivered more then what they promised so highly recommended
