D.I'm rating the mechanic service. I have a 330i e90 model they do a good job and they know what they are doing I got some work done their about 2 years ago but since then I have gone else where because I thought they charged far to much and I was right since then I had the same work done at half the rate at a euro specialist
N.Always get great service from the service team at Coombes Johnston. Simon is awesome to deal with and is incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a new car or servicing their vehicle
A.Went to the location and asked how much and if the service team can repair my key fob for my Mini Cooper; was told it needs replacing without them actually inspecting the key. When asked if they can give me a quote, they mentioned around $400. A bit of professionalism on an exact number would have been appreciated. Called a different BMW location and they said the battery simply needs replacing which is a fraction of the price.
M.As a new customer with two older BMW's in the family I have recently had excellent dealings and service from both Kevin (Parts Desk Manager), and Simon (Service Manager). Thank you Kevin for all your help with my daughters older 318ti service key and thank you Simon for helping to diagnose my 325i warning light issues. I arrived unannounced and you took care of my needs and concerns straight away. Much appreciated.

K.I have never met a more dedicated team than the Staff at Coombes Johnston. From the car groomers to Management, everyone is polite and extremely efficient. The workshop manager and technicians are the best I have used and never fail to please and the job is always done on time.

M.During Covid 19 Lockdown we expressed interest in a 550i BMW. During this lock down we had good correspondence back and forth with Quintin and Kevin and concluded a sight unseen deal. On arriving at Coombes Johnston BMW Tauranga the first day of Level 2 Lockdown we were greeted very cordially by the Sales Team. The car turned out to be everything they had said. The deal proceeded with efficiency. As you can see we have given them five stars, working with the Sales Team was a pleasure and we will be recommending them to friends and family.
