Travelling from Wellington our LPG water heater developed a fault.We rang Clint and he said "no problem, just cal in". We arrived on closing time but nothing was too much problem.The fault was found and repaired quite quickly. Thanks Clint, you have always been incredibly helpful.

We are new to caravanning, but thanks to Wendys advice and help we chose a Swift Lifestyle 4. Then it was an exciting wait for 4 weeks while the caravan was prepared, with Wendy keeping us informed. The day arrived for us to pick up our caravan and after instruction from Lewis we headed nervously out the gate to the camp site for two nights. We had a couple of hiccups but Wendy contacted us by phone even though it was her day off. And then went out of her way to make sure we were ready for the road. From our first contact Country RV staff were always responsive and helpful. We purchased a second hand Mercedes Benz Sprinter camper van and over several weeks staff helped us out with upgrades. Some of these were done in their workshop next door. They also took the van to an independent garage for some mechanical work and to another shop for window tinting. We are very happy with the finished product and felt we were always looked after.
