Even if there was an issue with our van, that can always happen as cars are machines that can fail, his behaviour and attitude towards helping sort out the situation was outstanding. For great service, professionalism and impressive overall customer care I really don’t think you can go past Mount Autos. Not knowing much about cars, I had a lot of questions - which Aaron answered clearly and comprehensively. Aaron and his team were just awesome - even down to organising an insurance quote for me (with all the time that can entail these days) and delivering the vehicle to me using two of his employees - so I didn’t have to take anyone back to the dealership. The vehicle runs very smoothly and, though used, was presented well for a 2010 SUV.

Hi MOUNT AUTO, I would like to thank you Aaron for your professional and pleasent mannerism. I asked for a vehicle which would suit my daughter and grandchild needs and within a budget we could afford and you delivered. Mount auto mechanics took us for a test drive and shared some tips about subaru driving which gave my daughter confidence in getting to know her car better. Reassurance that at anytime she could contact them for any quieries also 2 free warrent checks always a bonus. Financial details and insurances was explained with patience and wisdom. There was no rock unturned that Aaron helped us understand all the gargon that comes with contracts alonside MTF our chosen financiers. We have had the car for just about a month now and am very pleased to report we are still very happy. We purchased a vehicle through Mount Auto's about a month ago. Aaron was a true professional, honest and forthcoming and we felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. There was a small issue with the car (nothing mechanical etc - rather a problem we had caused) and Aaron had it fixed the same day, gave us a loan car to use in the meantime and did not charge us a cent. Aaron just wanted us to be happy with our vehicle. That is going above and beyond for your clients when they could have easily charged us a service fee to rectify our issue. I cannot recommend Mount Auto's enough and we will only purchase cars from them in the future. You guys rock and we are so grateful for your excellent service and awesome quality vehicle. I highly appreciate Aaron's friendly , professional and genuine service , after as well as before before the sale of vehicles. I bought couple of cars and I am happy to recommand Aaron for other vehicle buyers.

Firstly, I did try to deal local, which is Gisborne. But the dealership I went to just didn't know their product. I wanted a vehicle to tow my old but new 5m boat which either had to be RWD or 4WD. They told me that the Elgrand was front wheel drive and would just spin the wheels at the ramp. So, enter Mount Auto Court. I did due diligence on Trade Me and compared vehicles and rang Aaron whom confirmed that the Elgrand was RWD and would be very suitable for my needs. So with photos of my trade we agreed on a fair changeover price. So, the whole deal was well worth my time driving all the way from Gisborne to the Mount. Aaron was very friendly at delivery and fulfilled all his promises which is very good in todays competitive world. I would highly recommend that you give Aaron a call for your next vehicle.
