j. j.Friendly, helpful team @ Bay Ford. 3-4 month wait for our new Ford Escape Hybrid but should be worth the wait. Customer parking is a bit of an issue. Very busy & congested.

L.Great service I had a awful noise happening with my car and I was on holiday so was feeling very stressed they checked that my car was safe to drive (noise couldn't be fixed without pulling car apart and not quite sure what noise is and when they took it for a test run there was no noise ) and they didn't charge me a cent for checking my car great guys who served me thanks I really appreciated it
