E.Wonderful and excellent customer service, I just forgot the name of the person who served us was very friendly and supportive. My next vehicle would surely be a Toyota. I encourage you to go there and experience it yourself, even if you don't want to buy a new vehicle after your experience with this person you would change your mind.
A.Great service. Seems a little expensive (servicing). Access to courtesy car is nice, but not sure why they charge for it? Wouldn't they be trying to sell u another Toyota?
S.I was on a three week South Island road trip and near the end there was a squeaking noise coming from the drivers side wheel of my LC100. I figured it was a low brake pad warning but wanted to make sure. I called the local (Nelson) Toyota dealer and Mike said he’d take a look for me. He did and confirmed my suspicion - which took a weight off my mind for the end of the trip. I was also able to check out the new LC300. It is an awesome vehicle but the lack of a split tailgate is a major disappointment. Please fix that Toyota!

Their service team always give you a quote and it's always been correct.
The work they do has been great.
We think it's worth going to them as they specialise in this brand and know the engines inside and out.
They have their expert mechanics go for a test drive and just by listening they have always correctly identified the issues.

A.Edit -2 stars. Came back recently to get some snow chains sorted as this shop offers to order them for you. I had a different member of the staff which seemed incredibly bored of my request and not interested at all in me purchasing them through Bowater.
Purchased roof racks for my car. Not only did staff help me to figure out which ones I need, but ordered and installed it as well for a good price. Very satisfied with the work and great costumer service throughout the purchase. Thanks again

R.Absolutely brilliant, I had a broken toe and two kids in tow, needed a new tyre to get a warrant first thing in the morning. They whipped the old tyre off and had a new one on super quick - and they were flat out. We used the toilet which as sparkling clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I fully rate these guys.
