We recently purchased a new MG zs from Damon's Nelson. The ease of purchase with Scott was five star, every step explained. We had many questions as this for us was a major. .We have never owned a new vehicle.Talk about service with smile, this was it. We left with our new vehicle comfortably at ease with the seemless purchase and vehicle knowledge We love our bright red ZS, thank you Scott Don & Maureen Kennett. Richmond.

Recently purchased a second hand car through this dealership, unfortunately it wasn't as smooth as I had hoped after picking it up regarding the WOF and REGO. But thanks to the swift and professional attitude we were able to get this sorted without any hassle or stress. The guys are really friendly and no question is a dumb question to them, they really go out of their way to help you no matter your level of expertise. I found that there is no "off the lot, off the mind" attitude, if I gave them a ring to ask a question following the pickup they would always ask me how the car was going and if everything was how I had hoped. That really is a great look for a dealership. Make sure that if you're ever around there give Mark a buzz, he really goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with your vehicle.

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Dayman's. I will definitely be going back when it's time again for an upgrade. Brock was awesome. No fuss and made it easy. Loved the honest chat when I was choosing, Brock guided me in the right direction when I told him what I needed. When I picked the car up I got the full run down - very knowledgeable. Found the car I was looking for on Trademe, unfortunately I am in Wellington and thought it was going to be to hard to do. Brock and the team made it so effortless to get the car to Wellington and collect the 2 cars I was trading in. I was a bit nervous buying it without test driving or seeing it in real life but it is even better than I expected and the photos did not do it justice. Brock's responses to questions and extra photos was super fast and exactly what I asked for. Finance was a breeze and Sarah made it so easy to complete online. Had a nasty sound develope in our older Subaru on Friday, called Nelson Bays, advised problem & was given appoint Monday morning, it was fixed by mid-morning, was also able to secure one of their loan cars, which being an out of towner, is a real plus. Went looking for a car. Found one went for a test drive and ended up buying it. There was no pressure from the salesman. He went around the car with us pointing out the good and not so good points then left us to discuss if this is what we wanted. Then decided on a test drive. Sold. They helped sorting out our finances we had already had the money but made a couple of mistakes on the forms so instead of going away to sort it he offered the use of the computer to get it sorted. Rang a week later about a spare key told sorry no spare key 2 weeks later we received one in the mail. So highly recommend to all.
