w.Brilliant. Treated me and my Beewee really well. Stated what they would do to rectify a problem and stood by their word. Gave me a lift home when scooter couldn't be fixed on day. Kept me informed. I'd take my scooter back to them for any work needed. Thankyou

M.Good experience with the service department in two recent visits. Really professional team. Dropped the bike back on my doorstep for free. Didn't make fun of a noob for putting the wrong fuel in his bike. Was very happy with the service.
E.Servicing team are hopeless. Had a call from them to postpone till the next day from my original booking to get a forest permit. Told to turn up at 10:15 and when I arrived I was told to wait till the boys got back from smoko (15 mins).
It took them an hour of looking at the bike, telling me it needed a spacer on the back axle (as it had a little play in it) to get the permit. That was Wednesday morning, I told them I’d be back Monday to get it. Called Monday morning to say I’d be coming to get it at 11. Nothing said on the phone, get there and nothing had been done to it, waste of time. They charged me $105 for the hour looking at the bike the previous Wednesday, so I wheeled it outta there.
I will never go back for any servicing, they lost $2000 in parts and labor as I had the suspension rebuilt, cam chain and valve adjustment done elsewhere.
Parts and tools I have gone back to buy from Filco as they have a great selection. They have gear for any kind of rider and most of the staff are pretty cool. They have a very good range of bikes for sale also.
This is my experience, we've all had good and bad ones, yours might be brilliant with the servicing team.

I flew down to Nelson , they picked me up from airport and I was not disappointed with the bike I was looking at as it was exactly as it was described Condition wise to me.
I was looked after well , great customer service by everyone !

Unfortunately dont stock correct tyre size for a Yamaha WR at a Yamaha dealership which quite surprised me considering they sell so many of them.
They've starting selling American tractors out the back which may explain why theres no space for stock.

J.Really fantastic service. Very helpful to me as I was stranded in Nelson at night. They came and picked my motorbike and I uo with a ute and trailer and took us to their workshop and began repairs straight away. I would highly recommend them
L.Realise I'm a Limey, but was over last year to see my son, his Mum and her husband Charlie. Top bloke. Anyway he had an explorer, so when I was in Nelson I stuck my head in and you were all great. When I got back to the UK , I spoke with mates. Hunted online here and found a 2010 Tiger XC with only 10,000miles on it. Best ride I have ever had. Now a member of Hinkley Triumph owners Club who are awesome. Helped when I had starter issues. But all in all. Triumph NZ top advice. Thanks. When I am over next, do you do hire bikes as last time I hired a car for 4 weeks.
J.A good motorcycle dealer with a good workshop attached. Unfortunately couldn't organise a test ride when i wanted one but it was of a second hand bike and i did not have the 2 days they wanted to prepare for that
