J.My ute EGR failed just south of Wakefield while driving back to Christchurch. A local garage was able to determine a few code faults. I wanted a second opinion from Haven Motors VW as I did not want to cause further damage to vehicle,
Thanks to Team Haven Motors, they were friendly, helpful and managed to get parts overnight - worked on ute - back on the road in less than 24 hours! - communicated well.
E.I haven't even had my car serviced yet and giving these guys 5 stars thanks to the over-the-phone service. Nicole is the benchmark for what I hope for when I make any sort of business enquiry. I hope the mechanics take just as much pride in their work.
