My Honda Fit had a "shudder". It had been to a local mechanic twice but they couldn't find any issue.
I rang through to Honda Cars to see if they could tell me what was going on and if it was going to be dangerous for the engine.
The service manager then perfectly described want was happening, told me it was common for that year of car, told me the solution and probable cost, advised that I could just keep driving the car as is but if I wanted it gone the solution would work.
I was booked in two days later.
Advised it would take an hour.
Invited to wait in their very pleasant waiting room or I could go to Pomeroy's Coffee Cafe in the next block.
It was ready in an hour!
I got a text to say it was ready.
All the paperwork was ready for me upon return.
I was advised how long the issue would continue and when I could expect to see it resolved.
They also let me know about two other things that would need some attention shortly but which were not urgent And about how much each thing would cost.
I was so grateful to find such great service.
C.The did my car service, fixed a few faults, let me know about a few more. Very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They left me know before doing any work, told me the cost upfront. No surprises when I picked up my car. Staff were friendly.
D.Told us there was a spevial deal as we were z long standing Client. That was a total fib. Will look elsewhere
