This review is for the Hawera Autocity branch - purchased an ASX there last year and the beginning experience as well as customer care and ongoing service has been excellent all around. Would definitely recommend getting a new car here, they are friendly, not pushy at all and the service team are fantastic. Check ups following the purchase of our car made us feel like we were actually valued as a customer!

Had some questions re my Mazda CX-3. All answered to my satisfaction. Great team at reception and at collection. Lovely clean car too ! Drives like a double dream now !!!!!

I took my vehicle for a service to the Hawera branch. Everyone was very helpful picked my car up from work and delivered it back when completed. I was able to pay online. My car looked great when returned as it had been cleaned and polished. It was an effortless process for me.

We took our son's car to the Hawera branch. The service was completed in the time we expected and was what we expected. Glenda even walked out in the pouring rain with an umbrella to shelter us. Well done. Thanks.

I had my car serviced. Thanks to Glenda at Hawera AutoCity and Matt Jordan at AutoCity New Plymouth. Matt made contact with Glenda so I did not need to get my car serviced in NP. I live and work in South Taranaki. I used my vouchers which made the cost go down immensely and I was very pleased with everything. Thanks for the service much appreciated.

Have recently used both Hawera and New Plymouth Auto City services and once again very happy with the services provided from the initial book in process with reception, through to the service department and eventual hand back of my vehicles. All done in a very professional and friendly manner. Would highly recommend this organisation for all automotive needs.

After purchasing my Mazda 3 at AutoCity Hawera I have been returning for servicing to the car. Communications with the team are casual and easy and my car is treated well and in a timely manner. I appreciate the reminders re servce and WOF due dates. And I love that they wash my car after they are done. There's nothing more I could ask for.

I had my car routine serviced the other day and I was treated like a VIP. This happened at the Hawera Branch so I must mention Glenda on reception. Nothing was to much trouble and she went the extra mile. This is what will keep me going back to Auto City.

We have just had our Mazda BT 50 4wd fully serviced at auto city and could not fault the excellent job done by them. Not only did they carry out the service they also washed the vehicle and vacuumed it so it looked and smelt like new again. Great job... very impressed.

I had never previously considered buying a Kia vehicle but the reviews which I read online persuaded me to visit the show room in New Plymouth. I am pleased to say that I purchased a Cerato after test driving it. I was impressed enough with the entry model; the value for money .the many safety features and the multi function electronic wizardry. After sales service and warranty guarantees fully justified the excellent reviews. I ordered an EX model which arrived at the due date. The finish of the inside and out is of a very high standard. The communication with the sales team was excellent. Overall I am totally satisfied.

I bought a used Mazda CX3 recently and while not negotiable on price, (which I felt they could have been), the vehicle was immaculate, (a credit to the previous owner), and was presented to me on the day fully groomed, full tank of gas, recently serviced, new Reg and WOF, and a 5 year warranty. The salesman was great and fully took me through all the features of the car as well synching my cell with the cars system. Its all good with Max Pennington's so far.

AutoCity Team provide reliable service every time. The lads at the electrical shop were very helpful in sorting the correct replacement battery for the vehicle. The workshop guys conducted a service on the vehicle quick smart and was ready for collection in a few short hours.

Great service from a friendly, helpful team. I popped in without an appointment for a problem with the horn on my daughter's car. They were happy to drop me back home and pick me up later that day when the car was repaired, and young Matthew was very polite, and a very careful driver. I will definitely give them my auto electrical business :)

The Team at Auto City are always helpful and accommodating. Great service and I have had my Colorado for 9 years purchased from, and serviced with them. I was really blown away when their sister provider Auto City Tyres fixed a slow puncture and charged nothing! of course getting it back washed is a +1% more too. 11/10 team!

I found Matt at auto city to be so easy to deal with when I purchased my swift. He showed me how to work everything on the car and what all the special sports features were and what the fancy screen meant such as turbo, petrol usage, breaking etc.. He was very friendly and not pushy at all as some car sales men can be, which was very refreshing. When I had my first service Matt helped me out by giving me a loan car and dropping my car off to the auto city shop. For my 10k service I arranged this with the auto city shop and they provided me with a loan car again which was a very decent car too. The girls in the office were super friendly and lovely and not sure who the guy was but one of the mechanics was also very friendly and helpful when I picked my car up. I was only without my car for half the day as they said. The receipt clearly explained everything they checked and replaced. I even got a card for a free car wash. I highly recomend Auto City to everyone and have been very happy with their service.

Brought my new Suzuki Baleno from Karen at Autocity. The service I received was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Karen was brillant. Very willing to help and answer all of my questions. The service after my purchase has also been very good.

First experience with routine service for a Nissan for year 2. It was easier than the first year at Spotswood which must have been difficult after the fire. This service was efficient and we were notified of pick up time. Well done as this was still level 3.

Excellent. Friendly staff. Had a full service performed on my Commodore (which I purchased from auto city) I was offered a pick up which I declined as I was already out and about. when I did arrive I was promptly greeted, and without delay, i was given a full rundown of all work performed, what type of oil used etc. etc. Very reasonable price and the car had also been vacuumed. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Really helpful staff here. We stopped in for some headlight adjustments on our van which turned out to not be as simple as we thought. Brought a Mazda 5 months ago and decided to take it to a company that understood them for servicing. Their services have been quick and thorough right down to a quick rinse off and bars bugs.The staff are very friendly with can do attitudes. Recently purchased a Mazda CX30. The whole process was very professional and we were kept fully informed. Mike our salesman was great and gave us handy hints for the vehicle. The CX30 is a great ride with alot of safety features and technology.

I brought the new equinox at auto city New Plymouth, the sales team were fantastic to deal with especially Jason, his product knowledge was outstanding, I would buy a car from him in the future. I absolutely love this car. the after sales has been poor to say the least, still waiting for a problem to be resolved, but that is out of auto city hands until Holden come up with a solution. They have been slack keeping me up to date with what's going on.

Very happy with the service received. Charl Swart in particular was very helpful, kept in touch every step of the way with progress on when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. Charl spent 2 hours with me on the day of pick up to go through features etc. He even came out to my house to ensure my new vehicle fitted in the garage. I had to have the door lifted and still wasn't sure it would fit. I love my new truck. Would highly recommend Auto City.

It can't have been easy for the New Plymouth Auto City operation to split itself in two and resume operations in widely spaced parts of the city. But the service department - the one that had to move following a fire and the need for a rebuild - has managed the inconvenience (for itself and customers) very well. If you ask for a lift home after you've dropped off your car for a service, and you want to be picked up again when it's ready, the service is nothing short of excellent. That's certainly the way to satisfy customers like me, a pensioner with only one car. From experience, I can safely assume the rest of the procedure - car servicing, etc - is carried out efficiently, otherwise something would crop up with the car's use that would suggest otherwise. It hasn't. Well done, Auto City.

Buying a car from AutoCity was a pleasurable experience and the rep continues to provide cheerful and helpful advice, even remembering our names when we call in. Regular servicing is scheduled by friendly staff and they even wash your car!

The team at AutoCity Hawera are great to deal with. They notified me last week that my car was due for a service. (I hadn't noticed it). They picked my car up from home and returned it on time. Originally we only stopped in to test drive an ex-demo car as we were in the market to upgrade. They knew we were shopping around and were very open about what they could & couldn't do. We recently purchased a Mazda CX-3 from the New Plymouth Branch. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional service that Mark Wood gave us in explaining all the features and a follow up call after a week to see how everything was going. We have been dealing with Auto City for about twenty years and always found them great to deal with.

Aaron dealt with our motorhome whilst it was rented with shareacamper, and we cannot speak highly enough of his professional attitude, amazing communication and he went above and beyond to investigate the issue and have the van back on the road the same day. We live in Auckland and knowing it was in such good hands was worth so much. Thank you again, 5 stars to an amazing person and great business.

I have a Harrier warranty on my wife Suzuki Swift and was a bit dubious about having to do 6 monthly services ONLY with this dealer. Just had the second one done. Both completely fully, on time and at a very reasonable price. Even replaced a rear windscreen wiper refill for the massive cost of $4.93. Service staff friendly and competent :)

We recently purchased a vehicle at Auto City. We received very good service on pre & post sale follow up Matt displayed a good knowledge on the vehicle and was very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service, we were in a Pontiac classic car and looking into the auto electricians opposite and found it was closed. A Penningtons Salesman saw us and asked if we needed help and said maybe they had a mechanic available and directed us to the workshop. The Workshop supervisor organized a mechanic to imeadiatly and fixed our car. No charge! Everyone was so very nice. .

I had booked my car into be serviced online, but after receiving the confirmation i realised i had booked the wrong day. They were fully booked on the only day i could bring it in but they found a way to get it in and i am grateful for the effort.

After purchasing our brand new BT50 ute last August we are more than happy . 1st service last month and ute was ready on time as required. Have also had a couple of calls from sales rep Mike over this time making sure everything is ok.

If you have loads of money buy your car here, we are still far too heavily dependent on fossil fuels especially with regards to out transportation needs, electric cars are no alternative either, the quantum jump will be utilising converging beams of certain high frequency harmonics, there is a shape rounder than wheels that being (Waves) if you have enough of them and of coarse the command.

The electrical service team were a pleasure to deal with. Obliging & helpful all the way. No problems at all.
