Service has been consistently excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. The workmanship has always been good and my vehicle has always been cleaned properly. Pricing is fair. Overall a good experience and I will continue to make use of them to service my vehicles.

Recently purchased genuine Subaru parts from Mark at W R Phillips who was very helpful and managed to quickly find the parts I was after which turned up pretty much overnight. Great service.

Picked up a ute through Mike @WR Phillips and he was bloody helpful. Very quick communication, friendly and went out of his way to make the purchase possible even though we were not located in New Plymouth to pick the vehicle. Great follow up even after the purchase had been made. Thoroughly recomend and will be a returning customer if another vehicle is required. Many thanks.

Very Good service and love it when my car gets returned clean. When cleaning my car recently, a member of staff found a $ 50 inside my car that must have fallen out of my bag at some time but I no longer knew about. Such honesty was very impressive!

Great fast service when our car broke down while we were on holiday. The staff were so helpful and lent us loan car which made things so much easier. Friendly, honest team and great communication. Would highly recommend.

Most fantastic experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. Bill was quick to respond to my email, kept me up to date the whole way through the process. Bought an ASX from Bill. he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Him and Steph made the process so easy and streamlined, we bought another one from Bill 8 months later. If your tossing up between dealerships and want quality cars both used/New that the team stand behind, then give Riaan at WR Phillips a call. Abosolutely outstanding customer service, I truely believe Riaan cares equally about getting the customer a fair deal as he does about selling cars. I bought a Suzuki swift a month ago, and nothing was too much to ask for Riaan, a new warrant/rego/service and a free warrant for life service! These guys aren't your regular dealership, they are a family run business, with customer satisfaction at heart. A+
