We had an absolutely brilliant experience with ANZA (specifically Ben Lloyd-West) who assisted us with the purchase of a brand new caravan. We were after a specific model and hunted up and down the country for it to no avail. Fortunately, Ben called us back after locating one and arranged it’s shipping from the UK. We found Ben to be amazing throughout the entire process. As semi-new caravaners we had a lot of questions along the way and Ben was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and communicated well throughout. We would definitely deal with Ben and the wider ANZA team again in the future. Thanks for all your help Ben!

I bought a brand new Benimar 202 from this company. They fitted a solar panel and it blew off within 1 month! They also broke the battery cover, the internal door handle, the seat support, cross screwed the seat bolts back in, and badly scratched the perspex windows when giving it the pre handover wash. They didn't tell me about the damages but tried to hide them. i.e. used cable tie to try and stop the door handle from coming off! They did, after many, many attempts to get it sorted, replace the door handle, seat support and battery cover. I have not been compensated for the solar panel as I chose to have it replaced by professional solar fitters and also wanted a second panel. I didn't trust Anza Motors to do it! My whole experience with this company has been very disappointing. Once I paid the money they weren't interested! NB. I am pleased to be able to report that once Kerry found out about the issues I have had, he immediately contacted me and offered me his apologies and a satisfactory resolution. I very much appreciate his gesture to put this right!

Great selection of quality German cars Hospitable friendly welcoming staff. Do you need anything else? I personally don't think so.

Service was great had the motorhome we were looking for so brought it. Staff friendly and offered great advise.

Went here a few months back, hoping to buy a motorhome. We went in ours and thought we could trade it. They never went inside ours and stood at the front and made a ridiculous offer. Saw two we liked too. Never mind their loss

Mr Kerry Jones contacted us and we are convinced that it will be very hard to find a better response and amazing service anywhere in NZ than what we expierenced from ANZA in Palmerston North. Nice staff n amazing customer service. I bot car from them . I am from auckland n i didnt send the money online as i was not sure if my money will safe. So i went down via flight and visited. I found car description the same as explained over the phone. After dealing with i highly recommend .. any one can trust them without a doubt. Many thanks Andrew..u rock..

I was able to find a great car, which I brought in my lunchtime .i normally I would take longer to make such a decision. but the car Was in good condition I made me Mind to take it. if you are in the market, give ANZA, motors a go.
