S. R.I went in to test drive the MG ZST Essence. I was greeted by Ryan who was friendly and very helpful. I test drove the car and was super impressed with it. When I returned Ryan was helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend seeing Ryan or any of the others at Cartown if you want genuine friendly service.
L.Friendly and prompt service. Made the car buying process very easy. They made me feel extremely valued as a customer. Had a small issue with the car which they fixed immediately and gave me a gift to say sorry. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend.
A. L.I must called out Glynn for his excellent service at Cartown. I approached him to get a new MG ZS EV because I did not get the expected level of service from other dealers. He honestly told me about the car and the realistic wait times for new stock to arrive. He also spoke to me in length about owning an EV. It was such a pleasant service and a breeze to deal with Glynn. I put down a deposit. Never did I expect that I sold my current two cars so quick and had to find a car very quickly. Glynn was absolutely amazing to talk to when I had to cancel my order as I cannot wait longer without a car. Though I did not get a car from Cartown but I really want to put in a great review for them and especially Glynn. Thank you

Feeling deflated after a bad experience with a local car dealer - I approached Stephen to ask how I would go about purchasing through them (2 hours away from home)
He apologized on behalf on the car brand - which he didn't need too and he drove an hour down the country just so I could test drive the car.
Needless to say I brought the car.
