Outstanding service! I was looking to buy a used car and had seen one on Trade Me at the Honda Cars Manawatu dealership. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and my inquiry was valued. Walter, the Sales Consultant who greeted me was very helpful and the car was ready pretty much immediately for me to test drive. The service was really quite remarkable and I felt Walter and the other staff I encountered went above and beyond to help me in purchasing the car. I was given a good trade for my old car and was even given a loan car overnight while they sorted out a few little cosmetic things on the car for me. This was done completely on their initiative as they felt it was required to uphold their high standards of service and product. The car was delivered to me the next day and I am very pleased with it. I was incredibly grateful for the informative help and the overall experience at Honda Manawatu. It really was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Got a 2nd hand Honda 2005 checked and serviced-very pleased with the work done. Receptionist Rose explained clearly what was happening in the car and what work had to be done. Was charged reasonably. Could not ask for more. Thanks Team 👍🏻

Only had air bag recall but the service was amazing. Free quick check found a couple of things that are needed, and some advice on the alarm system. Top marks girls and guys.

My mum recently made a purchase on a 2019 Honda CRV with Walter Madhiviko assisting us. Due to the language barrier in the past, a few things had been lost in translation, resulting in mum not being about to make a decision on a car. However thanks to Walter, he was super patient and took the time to understand my mother and explained kindly all the details and specs of the car. I have no words in my vocabulary about my experience with Honda Car, Manawatu. The lady, who handed over the car to us was far more happier and excited than my wife and I!! Kristina is definitely an asset to the organization and I think she has been given some super (dooper) customer service training which was evident in our brief interaction with her. I must say that buying a new car and the way we were greeted was a super treat and believe she can even sell a model 100 years old and make her customers as happy as if they have bought a super-sonic Concorde. Excellent all round service, with a free full fuel tank too! Hurray

I received excellent service form Honda Cars Manawatu, particularly through Sales Person Walter Madhiviko who sold me a Honda CRV Sport Premium. He was very professional and took time in explaining to me the many features of the vehicle, many of which I had no previous experience with. I am happy to recommend both Honda Cars Manawatu and Walter as reliable and sound motor vehicle dealers.

Having done my homework and research, I was convinced I wanted a Honda and that it had to be certified pre-owned and NZ new. I recently bought an HRV from Honda Cars Manawatu, after having test drove a couple of other models as well. Walter, Mick and the team made the entire experience very easy and were more than accommodating to me as I mulled over the decision of the big purchase, even coming in on their day off to let me test drive. They custom catered to my wish list for both the car itself and working within my price range. I have peace of mind knowing I have a safe, reliable car for years to come with great servicing included within that purchase. I've even dropped in a couple of times to get help with setting up Bluetooth, etc.- so the support carries on even after the purchase. Had a great experience when recently purchasing my new vehicle. I found Walter to be very thorough and patient when talking me through all the specs, and all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I own a Honda Jazz RS and since May have been experiencing some ignition problems. My car was sent to a dealership close to where I live for technical support. The issue has been ongoing until the TEAM at the Palmerston North dealership got involved. The service is exemplary at this franchise, every single team member including the franchise owner CARE and after a few hours in their workshop, my stress levels have been substantially reduced. The car appears to be back to normal and so am I. Can’t thank these people enough for their impeccable customer service skills and their knowledge and not forgetting their will to make things right. Awesome friendly, knowledgeable service. Have taken my Civic in for two services and both times it's come in under the quoted price and faster than promised, also I've had a near new courtesy car to drive round for the day. Beats both the local Toyota and Mitsubishi dealers to deal with.

Awesome fast friendly service. Had some issues with a car I had just bought and they diagnosed the problem quickly, Booked me in for a service at my soonest convenience and with no extra costs. I thought I was going to have to pay over $1000 to fix the issue and I paid half of that. Thanks guys!

Very friendly customer service. They will contact you to give an update about your vehicle, if you have it serviced there. Most of the times you'll get a loan car too, so you don't have to worry when your car is being serviced and you need to go somewhere.

I just made a tentative phone call and Tania at reception desk was so helpful. She directed me to the right department in Auckland, who in turn were extremely helpful in answering my genuine query with all the expertise they had. I am really impressed and hope to be able to use their services for my CRV.

The ladies working the front desk were extremely helpful an absolute pleasure to talk to. After a particularly average start to my day they really helped turn it around

Exceptionally helpful, details of my car are on their database, and they let me know about reg and warrant when I have forgotten to check, went the extra mile for me just before christmas to fit a new steering arm and worked late to get it done. They have saved me money by advising me that my vehicle doesn't need a computer checkup/tune-up if there are no warning lights on the dash, and they have helped with small details like wiper blades and which oil to use in the rear diff.
