Customer service was lacking on this visit. Could have been called to say the job was taking longer so I could have adjusted my time; could have asked if I'd like to wait and point in the direction of seating area; could have popped in while I was waiting to see if I needed anything or wanted a coffee - the small touches that are courteous & service focused, not being ignored. Wellington BMW service is terrific.

Reception really good. Young blond lady knows her stuff!! Switched on with mechanical knowledge. Friendly. Parking terrible.best park across the road and walk over.sales rep also very friendly.

This place is absolutely amazing. I dropped my vehicle off for a service not too long ago they fixed a few small things, like the logo on my steering wheel as part of the service. Just a couple of days ago I went there to get my waterpump replaced for my 335i. Not only did they replace my waterpump and clean my car, they fixed my Idrive for free and without me even asking. I'll never go anywhere else for a service ever again. On top of all of this they were really friendly and nice on the phone. Awesome work manawatu BMW

Ok these people are just outstanding! I had driven up to Palmerston North to coach rugby. About 20kms out of Palmy I get an engine misfire. I had to be back in Wellington that night to pick up my kids so i needed it fixed. I had my own 0BD2 scanner so I knew it was a dead coil pack. I bought the car in and told them my dilemma, I described the fault not telling them it was a coil and immediately the service manager said oh probably a coil pack. She said hey I will squeeze you in and we have this part in stock so you will be good to go in an hour or so. This is what I expect from a Dealer but dont always get, the price was acceptable but the service was outstanding, very happy.
