Are always very friendly and helpful nothing is ever a problem i have been dealing with these beautiful people for a lot of years. Would recommend them to anyone. Thankyou guys will see you again soon.

They sent me away said had to order key pad in but got a ph call when i got home to say they have it in stock so now i have to go back over the saddle which i hate driving over to get it next week

Communication ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Job speed ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Satisfaction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in on the previously Friday after my 06 Xtrail had check engine on. I asked for an OBD scan and they found the issue. During this time I had brought food from home because I was hungry. I asked them if they could microwave my food and they did so without any issues. I had a great lunch and free coffee in the guest lounge watching some Ellen Degeneres 🤣😁 Fast track to the Monday appointment (as they had told me the parts had come in already) and they managed to fix my car up, with the parts required, in about 2 hours while I entertained myself perusing the home and decor shops. The customer service and friendliness was above and beyond. P.s. thanks for the lollies 🤭🤤😻 One happy dude. Thanks guys !! ❤️

I came from Whanganui to view and purchase my Navara from Mark. Nothing was too much trouble, no problem with me test driving it to Whanganui and back, price negotiated fairly, added the bits I wanted without a mumble (canopy, tuff deck and tow bar), ready when they said it would be... then even bought the factory roll bar off me two months later because I'll leave the canopy on. An all around marvelous experience buying from Manawatu Nissan!!

Well mannered salesman, showed me an alternative to the brand I was looking for. Nor prejudiced, but supportive of my desire to buy an EV, whatever the brand. Will consider his options.

Simon's really helpful, friendly and so great to deal with. Ryan's also an awesome man to talk to for insurance and financing if required! Worth the trip from Auckland as we get better service compared to the Auckland dealerships. Never go to Giltrap Skoda Auckland as we had to wait 3.5 weeks for a quote after 3-4 chasing ups. I also got verbally abused by Torben the sales manager for comlaining! So, if you're thinking of buying a Skoda, talk to Simon even if you're in Auckland...you won't be sorry.

Had a problem with our new 2016 leaf with a band expander so rang these people and wala the man in the parts dept walked me through the set up. Made my day now I can listen to my favorite radio station , well done and thank you

The exterior trim on my car was starting to peel. Brought it in to get it fixed under warranty. They fixed it and didn't charge me anything as expected. Overall a good experience.

Not pushy just quiet and focused on the customers needs. Easy to deal wih very relaxed. The salesforce are people focused. We purchased a used NISSAN qashqai and are very happy. The vehicle is absolutey what we wanted thank you Nissan

Richard was a great help, he is very knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on cars that he wasn't even selling. Seems like a genuine honest guy

Not very helpful or friendly, I wouldn't advise friends to go there unless they had no option. I own a Nissan and choose to take it somewhere else because I get friendly service.
