Wanted to trade up to a Pajero Sport for our 3 young boys, as we do loads of Mountain biking. Andy listened to what we needed and came up with a great selection, that suited us best. Andy found the perfect match, with a tow package, roof racks and a roof pod. This was a small comment that I had made which I was going to source myself, but he took care of us and sorted it all! First off we would like to thank Jeremy Davidson for his friendly and welcoming demeanor when we first came to the sales yard. We advised him that we were only Tyre kicking at that stage and he still gave us plenty of his time and explained about the vehicles in the yard. What really impress us was the way he spoke with Raewyn. We have been to a number of car yards were it would appear that the lady is forgotten about. We advised him that we would return in a month or so and give him the opportunity to show us the vehicles on the yard. Upon our return we had another salesperson approach us. We asked for Jeremy, and he once again spent time with us and again more importantly with Raewyn who had a number of questions. His friendly NON pressured approach was most welcome, and it was that approach that clinched the deal. He explained everything in plain English and walked us right thru the purchase process. He was even the person that dealt with us when we picked it up a day later. We have been back twice to the showroom. They first to order a rear tray cover. The parts people were very helpful and kept in communication until it arrived. The second was in relation to a question about the vehicle. The showroom staff were very helpful again.

I decided to give myself a gift last Christmas so after seeing good reviews about this company in Palmerston North, I sent my daughter and partner to check a car because I live in Auckland. We recently dealt with Tom and Jeremy in purchasing an Outlander. Definitely satisfied with the service, especially with Jeremy running us through the features of the car before we drove it away, but also when we had a courtesy car beforehand which had a problem and Jeremy came in on a public holiday to sort it out and switch it over for us. We also had them go the extra mile to find us an Outlander in the colour we wanted, as that wasn't originally going to be available at this dealership.
