I wasn't looking at updating but saw the ASX and liked the offer I was given. Love my new car and most of all, love the colour "Sunshine Orange". Jeremy was great and explained everything to me. Painless, no stress transaction. At home in the garage.

I called up on the phone and ordered a Mitsubishi ASX black edition from Jeremy. I had to change the colour at last minute but he said my new colour was arriving on the ship into Wellington in a few days. Ben Elgar handled all the finance matters with no problems. No test drive necessary. I trust the Mitsubishi brand. Jeremy arranged a "reveal" cloth as this was a Christmas gift to my wife. All our adult children were in on the surprise. The realty played out as we had envisaged. Perfect. Thanks Jeremy and Ben.

Just purchased a used 2015 Mitsubishi Triton GLS. Purchased with confidence knowing it has been fully serviced by McVerry' Crawford from new. Excellent service from Jeremy and the rest of the team. We were looking on a Sunday, didn’t think McVerry Crawford would be open. Jeremy was there and we had a look at the Santa Fe. Went back on the Monday for a test drive and decided there and then to buy it. A great vehicle and plenty of room for the dog and grand kids. Had been looking for a run about for the family that needed to meet a few basic criteria, including school runs for taller children. Spotted this on the lot, popped in and spoke to Jeremy who promptly arranged for a test drive. After the all clear from the rest of the family, the rest was simple, even with a few Covid lockdown challenges thrown in for good measure. These guys are easy going and make the process easy.

I was fortunate last Sunday, in that I chose to purchase a new car, and Karla was the Sales Rep in the office on my arrival. I indicated that I wanted a new Mitsubishi Mirage, and there just happened to be one in the yard. Within seconds, a decision to purchase that car had been made.. It had to have the initial groom, mechanical check and be registered before it could be mine. Karla kept me informed of when all that would take place and when the vehicle would be ready. We ensured payment was made in good time, and duly went to collect the car. Karla had it in a room on its own, all wrapped, and made a lovely presentation of the vehicle to me. Karla was just lovely to deal with, told me all the relevant information I needed to know, and I found her cheerful manner made it all so very easy. The lovely coffee, lollies and fudge certainly helped the process. I would recommend Karla to women especially, who have no knowledge of purchasing a new vehicle, and want the entire process explained easily and clearly. We recently dealt with Tom and Jeremy in purchasing an Outlander. Definitely satisfied with the service, especially with Jeremy running us through the features of the car before we drove it away, but also when we had a courtesy car beforehand which had a problem and Jeremy came in on a public holiday to sort it out and switch it over for us. We also had them go the extra mile to find us an Outlander in the colour we wanted, as that wasn't originally going to be available at this dealership. All in all, very happy with the service we received!

Walking into the big fancy building, palms were sweating as I feared tripping and tainting their shiny fancy automobiles. My anxiety was eased as I was warmly greeted by a lovely woman who showed me to my future child, a beautiful purple Mirage. I was handed off to Joggie to complete the process. To say that Joggie and his team were spectacular is an understatement. The strength and resilience this man showed having to deal with both me and my dad was almost worthy of naming my first child after him. Joggie Mitsubishi Morris has a ring to it. I took my Mitsubishi into McVerry for its hypersensitive alarm. They told me it was an aftermarket one and after one hour's labour and holding it over night they weren't able to observe the alarm and unfortunately couldn't help me out. When I arrived to pick it up they greeted me by name, told me there would be no charge and gave me an info sheet so I could self diagnose. McVerry's customer service is second to none and although they couldn't help me today they have earned repeat custom.

He went with me as I was a little apprehensive about test driving a $40k vehicle so drove out of town and let me take over. I have just brought a fabulous Mitsubishi ASX. Looking stylish in classic black. Have noticed other drivers admiring this car. The car is a great size not over big and not too small. Great for a 5foot 2 or 6foot 1 driver. It suits us both. Visibility and smooth riding all the way. Roomy front and back and great luggage space. Interior is stunning . The front display is very clear and simple to use. The overall service from start to completing purchase was straight forward and found communication with Jeremy Davidson was awesome. Andrew Royds gave Tony excellent service, explaining the features of the Mitsubishi Triton while doing a good test drive of the vehicle. Later arranging a fast and excellent trade in so we could complete a deal that day. Presented the vehicle on pick up and showed the rest of the features on the vehicle that were not covered previously. Parts department was very helpful also.
