P.I moved from Hutt valley a while ago and started using Delaney Mitsubishi for my Mitsubishi lancer GSR servicing.
First time I needed their help was when I had troubles with the car battery. I called in without booking one Saturday after business hours and the owner Brent was still working. I just wanted an advise, but I was given a free battery testing and advise to replace the car battery soon. I was offered a competitive price as a gold card owner and decided to get the battery replaced, which Brent carried out straight away despite being outside workshop closing hours.
I also did regular car service and front tyres replacement today. The service was provided in a very professional manner and I was given an explanation for every item of work carried out. Delaney Mitsubishi went an extra mile, fixing some paint damage and cleaning my car inside out for no additional charge. When I drove the car out of the service, I immediately noticed better improved car stability not only owning to the new tyres but also because of proper car alighment and tyres balancing work.
I can only highly recommend Delaney Mitsubishi, because of theirs professional, timely and friendly service!
L.Delaney Mitsubishi is a team of fantastic, lovely, highly skilled people who will work hard to meet your requirements. They keep you informed at every step of the way to ensure there are no nasty supprises or unexpected bills. My car was at their shop for a week while they tried to work out what was wrong with it and they were in constant contact letting me know what was going on, which I LOVED!! They made the whole process of getting my car fixed to be like a walk in the park rather then the horrible nightmare it could have been.
I would highly recommend these guys to everyone and any one. They will take the best care of you and your car. You can count on them to get the job done and done to a high standard.
