Excellent service. Rodger kindly picked us up from the airport, he was excellent and then showed us everything about the Motorhome. They had our Motorhome all serviced and ready to go. Top Service. Top marks to Rodger. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Motorhome or Caravan.

We purchased a caravan here in Feb 2019. On our first trip the fresh water tank fell out. We called them and they came out very quickly. We took the caravan back and they fixed the problem at no cost to us. Great service! Later we had a n explosion in our gas stove. Again we contacted them and they organized for the issue to be rectified by the supplier of the gas stove. Again no cost to us. One year later we could not get a new warrant because the caravan lacked a hand brake. A lot of licensed mechanics don't even know about this requirement. But once again they fixed it promptly at no cost to us. These guys have been fantastic fixing issues that were not really their fault at all and I would deal with them any time. A massive thanks to Mike and the team.

These guys are awesome to deal with. We bought a caravan back in May called in today as we were passing to get them to look at our motor movers all fixed even though they were busy we were still treated like it wasn’t a problem.Thanks Edward we appreciate your time you spent with us. They sold a Jeep and a Traillite Caravan for us. Got reasonable deal on the Jeep. But they Kept trying to convince me I had to drop my price on the Traillite, and when we were looking to buy one day the first thing the salesman said was, EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE, I wasn't impressed with that. They want to make $5k on everything they sell. I think it should be a percentage so they do their best for the seller. A buyer can always walk away. I refused to drop my price the $10k he was trying to convince me to. I dropped $5k and it sold, not sure I needed to even drop that much, awesome caravan. I do think selling on a yard is easier than privately though. People can compare products. Reasonably happy but so glad I did not listen to advise given completely.

We were welcomed on to the yard by Robin. He has a mass of knowledge & so was very helpful. Edward was awesome in getting our motorhome ready for us to pick up a week later. Great to have Edward give us a full explanation of the motorhome with a checklist, to ensure all was working. Thank you for all the team's time. We really appreciated the pickup from the airport & that it was ready to drive back to Wanganui in the same day. Top service. We highly recommend this business who went over & above to ensure we were happy.

I have just brought a motorhome from there. The sales men are friendly and very helpfull. They made sure my motorhome was in good working order befoee i picked it up and spent time showing me how everything works. And up dated the cof and topped up the diesal tank. I fully recomend the Bus Stop Pokono.
