The staff are nice to deal with and we got a nice deal for our first family car... however we wanted to be sure that we got the latest model of the X-trail and they gave us certainty that there wouldn't be one for a year or two, but found out a month later that a newer facelift model rolled out. If you do go ahead and purchase a car from here, please be sure to check if the car has factory fitted branded mats as I failed to notice after my first interior car clean. Looked like purchasable mats from super cheap or repco.
