What a great company. I'm down from Auckland had the engine check light come on and needed it looked at urgently because we weren't sticking around in Rotorua. They were packed but it wasn't a problem they were so friendly and helpful and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Yeah unfortunately we had the experience of purchasing a second hand vehicle from Shorland with a few problems........But these have been rectified & have had no problems since!. I would like to say that Tony & the team went above and beyond our expectations to help us & as a result have given us confidence & enjoyment in our Colorado. I had a 30,000km service completed on my Holden Cruze and a small leak was detected in the cooling system under pressure and I was told it was going to cost me around $450 to repair. Due to the low km's Shorland Rotorua offered to talk with Holden to see if they would help with the cost as the warranty had expired. Within a few days I was informed that because I had adhered to the service guide lines they would cover the complete cost, labour and parts. Good things do not always happen to me but I consider this a good thing ........... thank you Holden and the very friendly team in Shorland Rotorua.

Can't speak more highly for the service and respect that I received from one of the mechanics that work for Shorland Auto Co . A massive thanks to David Hints specifically as he looked after my car . He made the repairs to my car very straight forward and with no stress or fuss. Very much appreciated especially at a difficult time . Invaluable. Cheers David
