Bought a Highroof Campervan here after looking for something with quality interior and a good condition exterior. Auckland Campervan has a nice and good selection they do know what they are doing and do all necessary mechanical work on all their vehicles. The team is helpful and makes buying a campervan easy. I got one with a full service new wof and a fresh self contained certificate. I am happy with my camper and the service the team has provided me. Great price for a great car. A++++

I bought my campervan here traveled three months of all NZ and had no major issues. Had little things at the start of my trip which they sorted. I have no sold my vehicle and am happy with the sale and purchase of my camper. It was easy to deal with these guys, well done interiors of there vehicles and all are fully checked mechanically.

Lucky and all the staff were very helpful and friendly! We came here looking for a campervan that has 3 seats and a bed and we found a great one in a fair price. They fixed and costumed everything to our needs in the most professional way, again for a fair price. We managed to finish the entire process of buying a backpackers car in one day(!) thanks to Lucky and his great crew! Will definitely recommend buying a car here, very convenient process and super professional and reliable place.

Absolutely superb service! Everyone is super friendly and happy to answer any questions. My buddy and I found a great deal on a great camper and they were happy to fix any problems free of charge. They made the whole process very easy and were very helpful in helping us choose a van based on our needs and budget. All in all, excellent customer service and great custom self-contained vans at a good price. We drove away super stoked with our purchase and I highly recommended these guys to anyone looking for a good quality campervan for a reasonable price.

We initially found this place through Facebook marketplace. The staff were really helpful and friendly when we went to look around and we found a great range of vans. Jas handled our transaction and we decided to buy from here because he seemed very trustworthy. 2.5 months down the line we found ourselves in Gisborne with a broken alternator and we realised that we had made the right decision about purchasing from this place. After getting in contact, we were told that they would fix it for us if we came back to Auckland. On top of that, they paid for our fuel to get back there (a 6 hour drive from where we were). They even offered us the possibility to stay on site overnight if we did not want to drive again that day. Jas sorted this all out despite being away from the office - on holiday half way across the world. This was a few weeks ago and all has been working properly with the alternator since. Overall our experience with Auckland Campervans has been exceptional and the customer service has been second to none. I would therefore highly recommend buying through this company. As a side note - as some reviews say, they were asked to leave a good review before leaving and felt pressured to do so. We did not feel this way at all, and left the review weeks after with no push from them. They seemed very genuinely keen to help us and the negative reviews seem very different to our experience.

Excellent service! Great selection of vehicles. Jas is an absolute legend and helped us a lot. After having a few minor problems with our van they got resolved as soon as possible. Even if you're long gone they help you out, you just have to contact them. Overall very good experience. We Girlfriend and I bought our camper here in the season travelled one year without any problems. We came to Lucky looking for a car, and he was very helpful, very honest, and helped us find a car, and fix it just the way we wanted (3rd seat and a mattress). He has a great carpenter that does all the wood work, he's very professional and the work is for a good price. He'll let you take the car for a mechanic check nearby if you want to. Before we left he made sure to show us all the work he did, and insisted we check everything works. Definitely going on the road with a good feeling, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to buy a campervan. Thank you Lucky!

Buying a car has never been so easy. The team at Auckland Campervan are very helpful and make buying your campervan for travels throughout NZ completely stressless. I bought a camper on a monday they had it ready within three days from start to finish they did all neccesary thing so I didnt have any issues throughout my trip like new wof, full service and a full mechanical checkover during there checkover they noticed cambelt needed replacing they replaced the cambelt free of charge and had ready in the period they promised me. They go above and beyond really nice guys to deal with and really really helpful team with real hardworkers. I have so travelled one month in the north with my campervan and had no issues. They have a whatsapp helpline where you can contact on anytime with any questions or issues and they are always happy to help. There vehicles are built to quality and are very clean. Mechanically they are all sound and ready to go. They have a very nice selection to choose from with over 150 vehicles in stock. I have no words for how awesome these guys treated me just superb honestly. I bought a campervan back in October 2018 they built very nicely and they were happy to make a few changes which would make the compatibility for me a little easier had a few minor things which I didn't understand how to work the first few weeks these guys made awesome communication and were very helpful. This dealership is honestly top notch they also helped me when I was leaving to sell it they bought it back off of me for a fair price I would highly recommend these guys to anyone buying or selling campervans or even vehicles in general. I bought my camper van here at Auckland Camper van for a great price but unfortunately the second day the car broke down we called Auckland Camper van instantly and they picked up straight away they guided us a way to get the van back to them, at first we were nervous and worried but when the Auckland Camper van team helped us and talked us through the steps we took it back to them and the problem was with alternator, it was the weekend so they had to order a brand new one in from special order which costed them a fortune and the offered us accommodation for two days it took to fix the car we didn't have to pay a cent for anything. They fixed the car in two days and gave it back to us we didn't have to pay anything for all the great accommodation and the repairs after that we traveled NZ with no problems at all, I would recommended this place they are very helpful with a friendly staff there mechanics and technicians are very experienced and qualified. The great thing is that we didn't have to pay anything for the repairs I would go there again very helpful team. a+++

Found a great deal on a great campervan here. The van was fully decked out with a new bed, stove, new sink, extra battery, the works. Staff is very helpful and welcomes pre purchase inspection from a 3rd party mechanic. Any problems that were found were immediately fixed free of charge. They even let me drive off whilst only paying a few hundred upfront and trusting me to wire them the money later. Great business, would defiantly recommend.

This is a great place to sell your car no one bought my van and these guys gave me double they are great they sell and buy great cars . I would recommend 100 % that you should go to these guys and sell your car or if not buy it there they are the most honest people I met in the world I also got some drinks had a great experience with them. The Life Abroad, Was made an awesome adventure thanks to these guys. We bought a 2000 Toyota Hiace manual diesel. Had no major issues. Minor issues were sorted very quickly. They have a whatsapp helpline which you can contact on anytime. These guys are very professional and make everything such an easy breeze. Proper business doing proper work. A great dealership with excellent service! We bought our car here and within a day we had a little problem with the radiator, which was no big issue since every car goes with a one month warranty. They solved our problem within one day and we were on the road again. I would definitely recommend this dealership opposed to buying from other backpackers for the sake of the warranty. Even after doing a prebuy check, one doesnt know with what kind if car one ends up with. This dealership makes sure that you dont have to worry about this and on top of that the employees and owner are genuinely nice persons who are willing to help!

We bought a highroof Nissan Campervan 2 weeks ago. After 1 week exploring the Northland we came back for some adjustments. Great service because they did it for free. Reliable company that offers a lot of options and have great mechanics. For example: we wanted a big fridge instead of a small one. If you have a problem during your trip with your vehicle: give them a call first!

My wife and I traveled from Auckland down to Wellington . The camper was well set up and drove very nicely. We viewed a number of vechiles before settling on one from Auckland Campervans. Best decision we made! They fixed an issue with the speakers and air con free of charge too. I didn't buy a car here but I think it's a very good place to buy a van. They do all by themselves and check mecanics as well. I've sell my car here and even if Gill is a tough negociator he is a nice man, he take care of the administration forms and he has even offered us a ride back to the station. I recommend!

I personally only was searching for a Highroof and with Auckland Campervan teams kitouts making it work very nice and easily and being a compatible setup. These guys are amazing they helped me to find a campervan for my travels through NZ I bought a campervan here last summer. Being the peak season at my time of purchase last year it was hard to find a good and reliable van. After few days of searching I found a campervan dealer in south of Auckland, Auckland Campervan I dropped by to there yard and there inventory was very vast and huge, they had all types of campervans from all ranges and was the perfect place for me and other backpackers to buy from. I finally bought a campervan after few hours of going through there inventory. We sold our campervan to this dealer at the end of our travels. Lucky helped us more than any of the other local dealers; the transaction went smoothly and he offered us to stay on site to unpack the van and we were then driven to our accommodation the next day. Our Traveller group bought a 5 seated campervan here, it was highroof and had 5 seats which you could custom make into a bed. We had been searching for a 5 seated campervan for 3 weeks and as the weeks went by it was harder and harder as there was very little travellers who come in groups of 5. But one day we noticed Auckland Campervan a company based in South Auckland advertising with over 100 campervans in stock. They had 3 different 5 seated campervans with very optimistic layouts all were newly fitted out and built to quality. We put a deposit down on one and came to pickup 3 days later. When we returned the van was fully ready to go with a new wof and a full service alongside a full checkover for our peace of mind. They also helped us with mechanical breakdown insurance and the change of ownership. We have so far travelled over 5000 km in our sweet van and have had not one issue. The 5 seat with bed is layed out perfectly making it compatible and very easy to use. We are now on our way to travel the south island of NZ and have not hesitated as we have trust in our van and are confident. Thanks to Auckland Campervan we are having a lovely time in NZ with our amazing Camper.

Great company!! Me and my girlfriend bought a car 1,5 month ago. It got problems with the engine quite fast, which they handled fantastically. They give a 1-month guarantee on the engine and gearbox which you will not get from buying from a backpacker! After trying to fix the problem for hours (after closing time with the whole crew!), they came to the conclusion that the engine needed to be replaced and therefore offered us a refund or the option to choose a new car around the same price range for free. We chose the latter. The car we had chosen wasn't converted to a campervan yet, so Lucky immediately called one of his guys to fix that! The next day we could pick up our new car with brand new kitchen in the back/bed/storage/foldable table etc. (they build that themselves!). We didn't have to pay anything extra!! At the moment all is fine with our car and we're very happy with it. If you want a good car, but above all a fantastic reliable service from a garage, Auckland Campvervans is the place to buy your car :) Lucky, thanks again and your guys for all your work, really appreciate it!

So you can be lucky or less lucky there. About the cars: All are very well equipped, you can also buy self-contained or you can have the cars converted if you wish. However, I advise you to have the car checked for defects, as you only get a one-month guarantee on the engine and transmission. (Original) Kann den Händler empfehlen, aber es ist Vorsicht geboten. Mein Toyota lief einwandfrei für 6 Monate und ich habe ihn auch wieder dort verkauft. Allerdings zu einem schlechten Preis, da der Wagen eine hohe Laufleistung hatte und ich ihn sonst nirgendwo verkaufen konnte. Jedoch hat eine Freundin ihren Wagen ebenfalls dort gekauft und hatte nach etwa anderthalb Monaten mechanische Probleme. Man kann dort also Glück oder weniger Glück haben. Zu den Autos: Alle sind sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann dort auch Self-Contained kaufen oder kann die Autos auf Wunsch auch umbauen lassen.
