I.Booked my car for a service. Very friendly staff and hassle free. I spoke with the sales team who said they will call me back regarding the trade in price for upgrading my vehicle and till now i haven't heard back which is quite disappointing.
J.I saw a car that i liked, phoned Papakura Toyota, couldnt remember which Toyota dealership had it advertised. The salesman i spoke to, hunted it down and had it brought to their dealership. The finance lady had got approval and all the paperwork was ready for me. I only had to go in go through the paperwork and the keys were handed over to me. Excellent service, great team, look after the customer. Highly recommend
