W.Nathan was great to deal with! He made delivery to Christchurch a breeze, at a great rate. As well as this, he was more than happy to drop everything and take my vehicle to get an AA inspection (at my request). Once I received the car, the jack was unfortunately missing, but he was prompt and most helpful in getting me a replacement. Would definitely buy off Taupo Vehicle Traders again.

B.Shot down to Taupo with my son to check out a car and was greeted by Rowan and Nathan and from there it was the most relaxed experience. They are so accommodating and not once did we feel pressured, to the point that, they didnt Try to sell us a car, they just made it easy for us to by a car, and to me, thats the difference between a good and bad experience. We purchased a 2006 Suzuki Swift from Nathan on Friday, he was kind enough to have his partner pick us up at the bus stop (isite) as we arrived by bus then when noticed problems with the car on the way home he told us to get them fixed and he would sort it.
