B.Had the BEST experience here. Damian was super helpful with the women’s gear I was looking at, even fixed up my visor for me while I tried on clothes (had a big stuck between the visor and the pin lock!). All round great service, would definitely recommend and go back!

Since my first contact with Mal through their listing on trade me all through the process of organising finance, trade in on my old bike, insurance, hand over etc. Mal's customer service was second to none.
When I went to pick up the bike it even had a sign stand next to it with a nice note. Incredible service!
Mal went to a great length to explain every detail about the bike, purchase contract, service requirements etc.
This was by a long shot the best service I've received from a motorcycle shop and I've dealt with Cyclespot, Cycletreads, Réd Baron and purchased total of 5 bikes from new.
Just before I took off even the owner Damian came out to meet me and thank me for purchasing bike from them.
For this kind of service it is well worth of travelling 200+kilometers from Auckland and the ride is nice along old Tauranga Road.
Highly recommended bike shop, Mal is a top seller and you can see that he loves and breathes bikes.

C.I certainly can't claim Bayride to be the best in New Zealand, I can only speak for my own personal experience. Over the past 10 years, I have dealt with many motorcycle shops, including lots in Auckland (Holeshot, Experience, Red Barton, Cyclespot etc), Hamilton Motorcycle Center, Boyd...... Bayride is certainly the best among them. Both the boys upstairs and the staff at servicing department are amazing. They are super helpful, friendly and full of knowledge. Whenever I come to the shop I feel welcomed. Have purchased a bike from Damian a few years ago, that was such a pleasant experience. Currently they are sorting out warranty repairs for my bike that I didn't even purchased from them. It's surely my go to shop in the bay.
T.Only motorbike shop around that has good, knowledgeable staff, been to 3 other shops in the area, all with not so helpful staff that just point you in the direction of things and not much after that
D.Brilliant place to shop for anything motorcycles. If they have got it in stock they will get it.
It would be extra special if they would give even a little discount to Ulysses members.
But it’s still my favourite place to go. I never feel pressured to buy, yet staff are exceptionally helpful.
For parts I have never been disappointed. I have a Yamaha XV1100 1993 and they still get parts for it.

A.The service is second to none. Really good selection of motorcycle gear and will offer to order in smaller sizes and colours not on display without prompting. Massive difference to other shops.

R.Best motorcycle dealer I know of in NZ. I live in Christchurch and own a Triumph Bonnie. After very very bad experience with First European. Triumph dealers at the time I was recommended to deal with Bayride. Never looked back since. Any genuine part I need I go straight to Bayride. A lot of dealers could learn from these guys. Extremely helpful and deliver parts efficiently. Appreciate your great service Bayride. A true 5 star dealership.

J.Bayride and the team there are probably the best Motorcycle store in the BOP. They consistently provide excellent friendly service and show an interest and passion in bikes. I purchased all my riding gear from here and the prices were fair as well as being guided through the process by explaining the difference between different items and finding one to match your budget and style. They also have a decent range of bikes for sale too so you'll be able to find what you are after. Also Bayride has a great service department for repairs and maintenance. Which as you'd expect are done to a high level and even guranteed. So if your in the market for a Bike or Gear or anything else MC related I'd highly recommend Bayride.

r.WOW!!!! is all I can say about the team at Bayride Motorcycles Ltd, I have bought a dirt bike of the team a few months ago and found no hassles at all, Lindsay and Chris in sales, Nothing is a issue! - Jarred in parts, Quick reply's on parts availability and awesome pricing!!! - and Nick and Mike in the workshop these guys know bikes and any questions or problems they have all the time in the world for you! I have now sold the dirt bike and heading back on a road bike. I would recommend anyone in the market for a bike or if your current bike needs servicing to use Bayride Motorcycles Ltd Tauranga. Now this is a motorbike shop with a load of passion and heading one direction and that's forwards. A real pat on the back team!! A+++
