When I made the decision to part with my beloved Ducati Monster, I chose Dr. Moto to sell the bike on my behalf and see me through the process. Ryan was brilliant. He asked me a whole bunch of questions to make sure that he had all the facts, was very thorough in his explanations of both the process and what my sales expectations should be, and made sure that he checked with me before agreeing on anything with the buyer. The whole process was easy; the hardest part was saying goodbye to my big red baby when I dropped it off to Ryan in the first place. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Moto. Honest, thorough and transparent. I’ll use them again, both to buy and sell when the time comes.

Ryan has been absolutely amazing to deal with. Quick, efficient and accurate work on my Daytona. Ended up taking my bike to Ryan after having poor service from another company, charged me more than Dr moto and my bike didn’t work when I took it back, all over the span of 3 months. I was crushed yet within a week, Ryan has sorted the issue, got my bike a warrant and gotten it back to me. My sump plug came out during a ride recently (New rider mistake), and had my bike taken to a different shop at first, mechanics looked over it for a solid 20 seconds and wouldn't touch the thing, then had the bike taken here at DR MOTO and within 5-10 mins Ryan provided one of the most amazing and professional services I've ever had in my life, understanding, humourous, and clearly knowledgeable, the team let me know they'd work on my bike and get it back into shape. Only two days later and its all fixed up, cleaned, and fine tuned beautifully, all for a great price, thank you so much guys, I'll definitely be returning here time and time, and will recommend to all other riders out there! 10/10

I was blown away at how well the service was, I contacted them about a possible viewing of a bike on Sunday and Ryan took the time out of his day to meet with me and let me see the bike, spent almost an hour there talking, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy that day and a week later I picked up my new CF Moto, had the hand over with Ryan and again awesome service. I entrusted Ryan & the team to do a throttle sync on my mid 90s Ducati race bike. I have experienced many different workshops over the years & I would highly recommend DrMoto. Having experience in working on Ducati’s was a major drawcard for me. The proof was in the result, my bike ran so much better after the sync & adjustments & I got results to prove it. Hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had at a dealership. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Ryan was nothing short of amazing. Being a female and a new rider I was scared of being taken for a ride money wise but I immediately knew I could trust them. Nothing was too much of a problem or too hard for Ryan. Went in on Saturday morning with my wife to look at a UTV. Met with Ryan who was friendly, knowledgeable and had plenty of time to spend with us without feeling pressured. Impressed as a straight-up guy and after a test run along with a few handy tips we ended up buying on the spot. 10/10 service, went in for a valve check and full service. Ryan straight away noticed I was close to needing new tyres on the street triple (I knew that but if I hadn't I'd be glad it was bring to my attention). Ryan recommended some good tyres and the reasons behind it as he has other triumphs that had the same tyres. After talking to the wife it was a go! #she's awesome. Started scrubbing them in and what a diffrence! They also gave it a clean even after I had before I bring it in so that it was as I have it to them, that shows attention to detail! Definitely will continue go their for anything 2 wheels. Thanks Dr Moto team

Highly recommend. Best place to go for bike gear in the bay. Most stores show you what to buy based on how much your willing to spend. Instead Dr moto has real gear that have been in real crash's to show you what you are really buying.

I have been travelling across the country and needed an oil change and new tyre. Ryan and the lads were very helpful and willing to help me out and fit me in last minute even though they had plenty of work in the garage. Quick turn around on the oil change and they sorted a tyre over night. Would definitely recommend these guys - including if you’re from out of town and needing a hand as they are more than willing to help out. Cheers.

As a beginner rider not even knowing really what gear I required, these guys went above and beyond to help me out. They were patient and awesome to deal with, and went to the effort of ordering in different helmets and sizes of other items for me to try which all arrived promptly. The cost for their gear is extremely fair - I had been to all the other places in Tauranga Central and didnt receive service that even slightly compared to that of the team at Dr Moto.
