I arrived from Whakatane to have a service and the fitting of a new cab to my new D-Max. Unfortunately, I had arrive a day early. my mistake. However, that was no problem to the guys at the new car sales and service dept at Ebbertts. They arranged for the work to be done that day by rescheduling their workload to fit it in. and supplied me with a courtesy car . All the work was completed by 5 pm that day saving me a extra trip the next day. I found them very professional and customer focused. I cannot recommend them enough

From our very first enquiry, the team at Ebbett Tauranga were efficient and easy to deal with. We were very impressed with their communication. Well what to say about Ebbetts tauranga, well I'm going start with the excellent service I got from them, then sales with both parts and cars sales. Not to mention the fact they have some very cool cars new and used to purchase or just look at. I still remember the HSV slogan "I just want one" true then and true today. If driving though and need some parts or servicing, or just want something to replace your chariot go and see the team at Ebbetts tauranga.

Got a car 2 yrs ago have had a cpl issue not cheap for services etc and just as the warranty runs out told now it has got some issue and to get sorted will cost 0ver 7000 to get fixed more for the labour then the actual fix as engine needs to be removed to get at the problem which is a min 4000 plus and cuold be more if not straight forward or more time needed etc as you see the cost is crazy buyer beware car makers and seller s should be straight up about these issue as. I was not told when. I brought this nothing about this could be a issue etc and believe 1 of these issue could have been picked up last year and this year when. I went back for my second service still under warranty did not feel like a valued customer just to get more money out of me would not tell any one to buy from here and go else where and told by other places work could be around 4 to 5000 not 7000 I don't mind work being done and don't expect a free ride and happy to pay but this just Don t seem right like. I said buyer be aware

Fantastic customer service. I am really pleased I got my car from here. I needed to add a special attachment to my towbar, for our new bike rack. I called Phil, who sold me my Hyundai Venue, and asked him for advice. He told me to rock on up and he would fit it - and he did. How cool is that! Awesome service, and made to feel like I matter as a person. I am thankful.

Can't believe I'm saying this about a car salesman, but Harris was very pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions, without undue pressure to buy. Happy with the new car but so far they have over-promised and under-delivered on the towbar attachment
