A.Great value, good service. I had a puncture so I called them first thing in the morning, my bike was picked up, looked over and repaired all before lunch time. Would highly recommend.

P.I contacted Smiths to organise a time to have the electrics on my scooter sorted and to have front wheel bearings installed. They told me that they had staff away, but if I was happy to bring it down and leave it for the day they'd try to fit it in for me.
I arranged to drop it in just before the normal opening time, and they were there to book it in. I got a call early afternoon telling me that the whole thing was done - and at a great price.
I've dealt with Smiths on a number of occasions, but with new staff now on board the service has gone up while the prices have stayed as competitive as ever. I think they provide an excellent, friendly service and at a price that I wouldn't haggle over. Excellent work guys.
j.Rolled in just after 8am and needed a fresh set of rubber asap. The shop had a few good choices in stock and despite an already busy morning the staff squeezed me in so I could continue my trip as planned. Thanks team, see ya next time.

m.AK Bloody anniversary weekend, what a balls up, no shops able to change or fit a, or tyres to my bike in Rotorua. Over to Tauranga, rang around, went to first shop, :yes, that'll be $???, yeah, Na. That was 1 tyre, their guys were very good and professional, I'm just not that rich.
Rang Smiths at 10 to 11 in the am on a busy weekend,"got a wonderful young Lady on the phone, "yes, we have those tyres, yes, we can fit them this morning"
Hot footed it over to town, Motorcycle Mania, AKA Smiths Motorcycles is literally in the centre of Taurangas business/shopping district, a small but strong business, they do it all, spares, accessories, tyres, mechanical and with a smile and a large amount of knowledge.
Thank you to Janet and the entire crew at Smiths for helping a Dorklander out in their hour of need.
I will be back, as will all the the folks I know who are always looking for a good, reliable, honest business to deal with.
