T.Helpful staff. I was having trouble with the key for my 97' Diamante, the first person I talked to was able to help me out. She was friendly and had a fair idea about the cars as there was one at the dealership. She was able to diagnose my problem quickly but apparently they don't cut keys so I'll have to get one cut somewhere else. My radio screen has also failed but she kindly lent me the manual for the Diamante at the dealership to help.
