S.Brilliant service from parts dept. On two ocassions after being told from a couple different car part suppliers in my home town, parts would be extremely difficult to source, rang Timaru Ford parts,parts were ordered from, I believe Auckland, & delivered to my rural address in Oamaru, within 48 hours. Would highly recommend.
C.I had an unexpected mechanical problem with my car and took it to them around 3 30pm. They started working on it immediately but couldn't find the fault. I was told it would have to stay overnight. No offer of a loan vehicle until I told them I had no way of getting home. I had to ask them to find a vehicle for me, which they did eventually. As my car is under warranty, I would've expected a courtesy car to be offered as a matter of course, not have to ask them to find an answer to the problem.
