I love the car I bought from this team. Originally there had been a disagreement which left me feeling bitter, but after a conversation and good chat with Kevin, he has restored my faith. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy, has helped to cover costs of replacing tyres, as well as finding a spare to suit the car. Im not one to easily change my mind on a business, but I am so impressed that my mind has been completely shifted. A face-to-face conversation directly goes a long way, and I found Kevin approachable and genuine. I really appreciate the support team!

Great customer service from this garage. We bought a good quality, well priced Nissan Leaf; and traded in an old VW golf. Lots of help with the adjustment to an electric vehicle. Interactions were friendly and supportive. Recommended.

I would like to Thank Bryan for his wonderful customer service. When I arrived I felt welcomed. Not pushy and very relaxing environment. I went for a test drive in a 2010 & 2008 Mazda Antenza. I loved it because they are a 6speed manual. I decided to buy the 2008 Mazda Atenza and go through a finance company MTR in Petone. Phills customer service was also great. He worked out my budget making sure I am able to afford weekly payments on the car. I would also recommend him too. Bryan kindly drove me to the financial company because i had no transport at the time and also drove me back to my house out at Kaitoke. Bryan could see I was having difficulty with the stereo because its a imported car from Japan. He told me straight away to not worry about it and that he will replace it with a new stereo. I showed Bryan a few interior damages that were inside on the drivers side and also a exterior damage on the front of the car. He said he was happy with fixing it. Bryan organised a car that i could use whilst my new car was getting fixed. That was a blessing! Very greatful for that. I was very happy with the results when the car was returned to me and have been smiling since I highly recommend Upper Hutt Car sales and would like to make another Thankyou for providing me with a beautiful and safe car ❤️😇😎

A friend of mine picked up a car recently from Upper Hutt car sales. the car was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. the service was fantastic and the deal was done really fast and an easy transaction but the state it was presented in wasn't very good. would recommend to others but please Upper Hutt cars a good clean goes a long way :)

Been there a few times looking at cars. Not bought one from there but nearly have. Nice enough set up, look after you without being pushy.

Need a car you can't go wrong here .I got my new car here and could not fault the service or the price .a very good dealer and been around a look time so in my opinion if you need a new car do yourself a favour and check them out
