L.Our Surtees was due for another annual service and our wallet was not looking forward to it. We had also been having trouble with our windlass not playing out smoothly since purchasing (2nd hand). TMT fabricated a locker extension to allow adequate warp-to-windlass fall. Not only did the end result come out better aesthetically than I could have expected, the workmanship was A+, it didn't take long and the whole thing (including service) was cheaper than the last service we had locally!!!
Real easy to deal with. I recommend Taranaki Marine Tech.
A.As a rookie boat owner, I took my boat TMT for a service and good look over, they were honest about what they had found and were very fair on the pricing. The service and repairs were finished within a good time frame and the workmanship cannot be faulted.
Pete had even messaged me a few weeks later to check if I had had a chance to take the boat out and how it all went.
Keep up the good work TMT, I’ll be sticking with you for all my future servicing and repairs.
C.Outstanding work done on our commercial vessel. We came to Pete with our wish list, it was quoted and completed underbudget and in good time to a high standard. We will know be sending our local fleet to TMT, workmanship is excellent and the team take some pride in what they do.

K.Needed to sell my Mclay recently and had to have an urgent service so was all running smooth for new owners. Pete fitted me in no worries and had sorted before the weekend, handed boat over on the Wednesday. Called before doing extra bit of work that was needed to make sure all was ok. Prices are super reasonable and they were super accommodating. Considering other so called specialiasta tell you can't have a spot for 3 weeks (I wont name names but I'm sure this is a common answer, you'll be able to figure out who) why waste your time elsewhere?. Can't rate this place more highly. Use the 1 star review as a guide on how a business owner who cares and responds... reasonably.
c.Pete and leka are aweosme to deal with totally honest and transparent while your pride and joy is in there hands you know it will be taken good care of and nothing but top quality work will be undertaken on your boat. Or if your race car is in there having some Fabrication work done also pete is a top notch fabricator not just on marine
