Absolutely the best dealership service I've seen around Wellington. Professional service, quick responses, friendly staff, clear communication and excellent customer service. It was only a software recall and a WOF this time, but the guys washed the vehicle and vacuum cleaned it too, better than any car cleaning company. I just loved the whole experience. Fantastic dealership, staff are down to earth, knowledgeable yet actually listen to you, great to talk to. Service is fast, includes free grooming and I think I got a complimentary handbrake adjustment :) The parts guys are amazing - get a price before going online, today's visit was to replace a badly designed US$239 diff mount with an NZ$150 genuine part (large complex alloy part with pressed bush, not trivial), all done inside a hour. Thanks guys!!

I had an issue with my number plate surrounds which needed replacement because of damage. I had not purchased my car off Armstrong Prestige but contacted their spare parts division and spoke with Eddie who immediately agreed to supply number plate surrounds without any charge or questions. Porche and the team were friendly and helpful. Airbag sensor replaced on late model Audi A6, with clear and concise communication, within a day. LQ2 loan car was a great drive. Considering upgrading other daily driver to this model later in the year.

Had a problem with my Q3. EPC light came on so was very worried something serious was going to happen with my engine. Towed my vehicle in just to be safe, was told what was expected with the first hour of diagnostics and labour, got called on the same day and advised it was only a minor problem with replacing one of the coils and the vehicle will be available to be picked up on the same day. Ryan was a gem to deal with. Honest, fast and reliable service. Highly recommended
