Very impressed and grateful! Today I (thought) I locked my keys in the boot of my scooter. I wondered down to the shop and even though it was closed, the team was around and I told them I locked my keys in the boot of my scooter. One lovely man got some tools and followed me to my scooter and got it open thank god! Only to find they weren't in there. I searched at the gym and all through my pockets only to realise they were hiding in a weird pocket of my bag and I just wasted this lovely mans time taking my scooter apart. I apologised but he was not bothered at all and just had a laugh and said not to worry about it. This wasn't during work hours and he didn't need to do this for me, and he wasn't even mad that my keys weren't in my boot after all his efforts. What a kind thing to do and awesome attitude to have. I also took my scooter in to the shop about a month ago since it hadn't been working for a good while. It runs perfectly now and I was very impressed with the price and how they fixed absolutely everything! Couldn't recommend this place more. Very helpful staff who go above and beyond. Thank you!

Amazing shop, I go there for everything bike related. Staff is always patient and tries help walk me through servicing my own bike to help keep costs down. Great communication on bigger issues before they go ahead with repairs. Such a rad shop with custom bikes, always pop in for a look when I have a chance. No better bike shop in Wellington!

This is a real old school family Motorcycle shop that has been in business for many years. If you want gloss and floss this is not for you but if you want to talk about a bikes problem these are the guys to sort it out. This is a lifestyle business with friendly relaxed honest blokes who call it how it is. You wont get ripped off and once they get to know the client you be treated as friend. Once every couple of years they have a "Bit of a Do" and bikers from all over come to enjoy a wonderful social occasion.

I had a very positive experience buying a little 150 cc Piaggio Fly from Boyles today. The service was top-class, the staff were very friendly to us and they gave us a deal on two helmets. Would definitely look to buy from them again in future.

I've only bought scooter batteries and parts from this shop in the past, but when I went in today to find a learner motorcycle, I was shown a bike that I hadn't considered before and got a truly neutral and very well-advised recommendation. These guys aren't pushy and have huge experience and I'm just so appreciative that they are still in the CBD, because everything else has moved to the Hutt. Go to Boyle.
