M.I bought a car from Coventry Cars 3 months ago and have only just found time to write this review as I've been enjoying my car waaay too much 🚗 As soon as I walked into the yard I was greeted with a warm smile from Jay Mika. 😊 He was amazing to deal with, answered all of my questions no matter how dumb they were, and went the extra mile by dropping off my car to Kapiti Coast so I wouldn't have to travel back to the Hutt. B.We purchased our first electric car from Coventry Cars after searching the country and prepared to go anywhere to make sure we purchased a good Leaf. We couldn’t be more happy with the service from the time we walked into the yard. The sales people were not pushy and gave us time to look around. From the full English manual, to the internal English stickers and conversion it was amazing. Our sales person Anthony Blanche was amazing.

M.They have a range of hybrid & electric used vehicles. The sales staff are attentive and professional. Best to be well prepared if you want to negotiate. Also compare the talk to the Vehicle Offer and sales agreement. Some explanation may need to be be discussed. - We've had our car a couple of month now - all happy. We even got a referral voucher on a friend's successful purchase. Thanks! Electric and hybrid cars are proving popular. The petrol-diesel car lot has now been shut down to make way for only plug ins and hybrids. Tell Tom Morné sent me!
M.My partner and I had limited knowledge about hybrid cars and Logan was able to explain it to us thoroughly. We can tell that he really wants the best for his customer. He was friendly like the rest of the team. It was almost closing time on a Sunday and we appreciate them finishing off our sale. They delivered the car in our home the next day. But prior to that I was unfortunate to deal with Logan DeVaroe -who was rude and arrogant. I was shocked by his bad mannerisms and the way he spoke to me. It was very unprofessional,unacceptable and inappropriate. This person definitely did not deserve my sale or a commission from it. Anthony saved this sale.

A.Showed up last Tuesday to test drive a car and after a successful test drive, dealt with Poppa to go through the process of trading in my car to go towards buying the new one. Got a reasonable offer so accepted and went through the painless process of purchasing the car.
I then had an issue with the car stereo so dealt with Tom and Poppa and they were both really helpful and kept me updated and talked me through the issue and turned out it was me that was doing something wrong rather than the issue being with the stereo itself.
The car itself is really awesome, absolutely loving it, no issues whatsoever.
My whole experience has been amazing and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, approachable, and more than willing to help me out. I will definitely do business with Coventry again!

B.Just brought a 2106 Leaf from these boys and have a few comments.
Great car very happy with t BUT very disappointed at its detailing not very clean at all. Green mould at the roof line where the hatch is fixed to the roof. Sand and dirt at the bottom of the hatch right along where the fixing lock is.
Marks and minor scratches drivers door. No manual and had to wait well beyond a reasonable time to have the paper work finalised and some what disconcerting language from the person in attendance. ( the F word ) not in front of ladies please or at all.
