G. W.Recently purchased a late model VW which needed a full dealer service, checkup, new sparkplugs and aircon regassed with R14 gas. The team here are very experienced and provide lots of options including dropping you off in the inner city after delivering your car for servicing.

D. k.I can not recommend Marwaan and the team at Gazleys Wellington enough! The experience from start to end was amazing. I live in Lower Hutt and had been searching for my new car for weeks with no such luck, much due to uncomfortable visits at other Lower Hutt dealerships. I had found the vehicle and colour of interest online at both Brendan foots in Lower Hutt and Gazleys in Wellington city. Early Saturday morning I made the executive decision to go into the city before work and have a look at the car at Gazleys, and was so glad I did. I was greeted with the warmest of welcome by Marwaan. The process that followed was so helpful, informative, pleasant, and easy. I left for work excited about my possible new purchase. The following day Sunday I went through with my booked visit to "BF" ( Lower Hutt competitor's) to honor my commitments. To say it was an anti climax is an understatement! The sales manager was dismissive, arrogant, and plain rude, I was but an insignificant number to him. If Gazleys was open on Sunday I would have been back like a shot. Monday couldn't come soon enough. First impressions make the world of difference and if the 2nd time round is just as good if not better you know your in the right place! Marwaan sold me a beautiful new car that day, a day between my first visit and purchase and that was only because I had work and they were closed on Sundays. The incredible thing was the care didn't stop at the transaction. Marwaan went out of his way the next day, to pick me up in Lower Hutt and save me the hassle of finding a second driver to take my newly plated baby home! (not to mention Marwaan working some magic on me getting fave numbers for my new plates bless him!) Then to arrive to a cleared out show room with a sleek black sheet draped over your car with a giant red bow and personalized sign, was next level vip treatment and super sweet! Marwaan and the team at Gazleys don't do things in halves! I am forever greatful for the outstanding experience and would recommend nowhere else! You guys take the cake in my mind and Gazleys found a keeper with Marwaan he's a top bloke!

Sales is by people that know the products, cross sell franchises because they analyse your needs. They will call you in a couple of years and ask how it's going.
Service isn't cheap, but when they make sure it's fixed, its clean , you understand what's required/done, you care but you pay !!

K. S.After 2 tyres going flat today I was told by Tony's to get my VW towed there to get fixed as they were sure they had my make of tyre. Only to get towed there and told they didn't. They then told me If I wanted to get back on the road they said it would mean 4 new tyres costing at least $240 each plus labour. Thankfully the lovely Dave had my tyres and was more than happy to assist. I then got my car towed again to Gazley. I got there 5 minutes before close and the team went out of their way to work late to get the new tryes on and the car all fixed and only charged me for 2 new tryes not 4. The guys saved me at least $500 today and went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend the team enough. I can't thank them enough
T. C.I have just edited my rating from just 2 stars to 4 stars. After my scathing review (see below) I was contacted by generic email to offer feedback. I did 😊 Within an hour I was contacted by the service manager who was mortified by my experience. He couldn't have been more genuine or helpful. He's instigated changes to their systems and has replaced the pollen filter and Brake fluid for free by way of an apology and I have to say I will use them again now. I also believe that if you had a bad experience in the past let them know and give them a 2nd chance to prove they do care. I was impressed with the follow up but of course would have preferred not to have had the "fight" in the first place.
Very friendly but reality did not meet my expectations which were set using their online booking system. The "while you wait" option translated to a 5 hour turn around! All was sorted in the end but it felt like a bit of a fight rather than a smooth experience. Add to that the hidden surprise extras of pollen filter, brake fluid and wiper blades my $180 quoted service and WOF for an e-Golf soon bloated into $450 semi aggressive sales pitch. I was firm and kept the service to $250 after having to buy wiper blades from them (or they would fail the WOF despite me finding no fault with the existing blades when using them the previous day) Needless to say despite the outward friendly nature of the service staff I certainly will not be using their services again.

W.Resolved the issue with my car however seemed quite expensive... feel like I should have shopped around before booking it in so that's on me. The invoice was not clear in breaking down the costs of everything and no such mention of labour costs at all which given the price seemed to be the bulk of the bill.

The guy I spoke to the first time was great, the guy I spoke to when I went to try order the actual part was nowhere near as helpful. He kept asking the same questions I didn't have the answer. He said he'd call me back and never did, and the next I heard was my part had arrived that I wasn't even aware the order had been put in for? Got the part but the lead up was... An adventure.

To such attitude I will increase from 3 to 4 stars. The fact that I had such experience it can not be forggoten but no one else will/should have the similar treatment. ***
The car selection is good, not much under $20k and so is the attitude of the sales people that dont want to deal with you if they don't smell a sale. So it gives you even more joy to buy from the one that was respectful enough to spare few minutes with you not knowing that you came with cash and an eye on one of their vehicles. It almost make me wanna say too bad that such a great brend is presented by such an attitude of the car sharks. Since there is no competition we have to put up with it. Oh the admin guy topped it up made me wanna cancel the sale but the wife really wanted the car so I had to byte my lip few times. Wish I had something more positive to say but when you pay top dollar for car and you dont get the service to match I guess you get to feel the way we do at the moment

S. P. (.I bought my Fiat Arbarth 124 Spider new from their European showroom on Kent Terrace a year ago. I was given a $5K discount, and they were really helpful when, unfortunately my factory wheels were stolen. And just recently I took my car in to their service department for it's first annual service. They were friendly and helpful and were done in a matter of hours. The cost was reasonable, and they even gave me a brand new VW Polo as a loan vehicle for a nominal $20 charge. They have also given me a trade-in evaluation free of charge, and let me take the latest VW Golf TSI for a test drive while I was waiting. Certainly my next car will most probably be a Gazleys one and I will continue to have my car serviced with them. NB, they also had a range of luxury European sports cars for sale including a near new Lamborghini and McLaren and the latest Ferrari California (only $140 odd K brand new!). Always worth a window shop when in town 👍😁
J. G.I had my Nissan Navara recently diagnosed and repaired at Gazley Nissan.
The fault was not an easy initial repair and while the vehicle was purchased privately and not from the dealership, Gazley Nissan offered excellent service to find and repair the fault.
This level of service from a service center is refreshing and not easy to find these days.
I would have no issue recommending Gazley Nissan and look forward to doing future business.
