A. V.So far so good. Absolutely happy with my experience from the first contact after I found what I wanted on their website until today when I got a missing boot liner from Shaun Minogue. It's a pleasure to deal with sales persons like him. Thank you Shaun!
B. N.The quality is good, but the "customer service" or the people answering the phone could be better. We spent hundreds thousands of dollars for buying Mercedes cars, but treated way less than when we stay at the hotel for $200. Someone like Mia shouldn't answer the phone, she has a negative attitude.
M. S.Booked the car online for a 118 point check and spare key. Booking via the website is really easy provided one does not get distracted by all the awesome cars for sale. Got a quick response from Zak by email to clarify a couple of points and all set. I hope the visit to the workshop is just as efficient.
