m.I have received outstanding service from all the wonderful staff at Mexted Motors. They have stored my car in the show room when I was not able to drive it home due to traffic problems, and a staff member then drove it to me to pick up. this was above and beyond the excellent service they supply as a normal part of there business . G.Mexted Motors has good online reviews for a reason. Three months ago I traded in my 7 year old Suzuki Swift for another near new one. The sales team were excellent and offered a good trade in deal. Within a month my 2017 car had technical faults which were difficult to identify. Without hesitation Mexted Motors provided me a loan car and proceeded to isolate the fault over three visits under a Suzuki NZ warranty program. As Alan Martin (from L.V. Martin Ltd) said a long time ago "it's the putting right that counts" In this case I can vouch that Mexted Motors has a great reputation for quality service for good reason. A.Awesome experience with Rick, Mark, and Kenny. Top notch service from the moment we walked in. We have asked for a couple of add ons since picking our ute up and nothing has been too much hassle. Would highly reccomend and we shouldn't shop anywhere else in future.
R.For a car services they are great. If you want to wait whilst your car is being looked after they will give you a voucher to head to the cafe next door to get a hot drink. The waiting area is clean and the seats are comfortable. The staff are friendly and will explain everything to you which i liked as i am not very car focused.
L.What an awesome experience! We had tried another car dealer and we're appalled by our experience. Mexted not only showed us the perfect, used Mitsubishi for a great price, but they were courteous and kind also. We were given vouchers for coffee at a local cafe so that we'd have time to make our decision. I have never been given that option. We purchased the car and are incredibly pleased with Mexted Motors.
